The room was a bit small, but overall comfortable. Good breakfast, even if sometimes if could be a bit crowded. The personnel was kind

To go to the city center either you walk (40 minutes) or you take public transportation (even if they are not super close)

The breakfast has the great variety! Hotel is located not far from the city center. Everyday cleaning and kettle with tea and coffee are nice bonuses.

Excellent place in Krakow close to the center, I had secure parking and an nice room. I was here again after a year. It goes without saying that the breakfast was excellent.

My entire stay was ruined by the night parties in the adjacent rooms. I didn't sleep a single night because of it. As a guest, I don't feel like tidying up the hotel at night.

Hotel is situated near Kaziemierz district in a quiet place, it's large but you don't really feel the presence of other people. Parking was at the price lower than in the other hotels. The room was more or less clean but dusty.

Almost everything was ok, rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, staff…

except there was no refrigerator in the rooms

The staff were very helpful, the food was delicious, the central location was great.

Parking could be an issue if you don't pre-book.

Excelent breakfast

Not enough parking provided by the hotel. We parked the car in the neighborhood on the street which was fine in the end.

Big room, comfortabel bed and very nice bathroom.

Breakfast was really diasappointing. Very few choices offered, not a lot of seats available in the breakfastroom and it is not mentioned what the available food contains (for example which meat the dish contains).

The stuff was nice. Breakfast was good.

My bathroom smelled very bad. It was clean but the odor was unbelievable, I was not able to shower. They have big problems with sewerage. I told receptionist about this problem, they have sent housekeeping to my room but all what she did sprayed a lot of chemicals cleaning stuff and I’m pregnant!!! I had to open all windows,which is challenging outside is winter and minus degrees,because I started to feel bad, smelling all of that chemicals

Room was fine, more or less as expected. Clean, nothing missing.

The breakfast was slightly below average for being in Poland. Room was rather expensive, probably due to high demand in Cracow that particular day.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and loyal. A wonderful hotel that is close to the center. I recommend!

Clean rooms, very good breakfasts and lunches, also very comfortable conference room.

Nice interior, comfortable beds, quality bathroom, great breakfast.

There was only one key to the triple room. Parking spaces at the hotel must be reserved in advance, otherwise on-street parking is available for a fee from Monday to Saturday (10:00 - 20:00).

Pleasant

The smell from the bathroom was horible. The same smell was in the street. When we arrived administrator didn't asked for our ID and asked us to pay for additional bed, because she mixed the orders. It took time to argue, that we ordered a room with 3 beds on Booking. Then another administrator came and noticed that we are talking about different order. I think administrator should be more attentive. She even didn't say sorry that she was argueing with us. Though administrator who noticed that we are talking about others people order was very nice and polite.

The hotel was clean in every possible way (rooms, bathrooms, dining room, etc), staff kind and helpful (shared the parking app for the city), the breakfast was varried and plenty, elevators in perfect condition in both buildings.

Everything was OK.

my room was above the restaurant area. 2 floors above, but i could still here the noise coming from there even though wearing earplug. it was extremely annoying. and at the same time with my staying there were some jewish group that had more than an hour singing loud prayers during breakfast and dinner and i could not rest beacuse of the noise. even moving the chairs on the floor could be heard to my room. this noise problem was extremly annoyingone lady at the bar could improve the attitude serving the clients. a bit hot inside. i tried the AC but didn't worked

Location is excellent - very close to the river.

It's very noisy hotel - walls - paper-thin - I could hear person snoring in room next to mine, a lot of noise from stairs as well. Breakfast was ok - some bread, meats, cheese and veggies.
