Good room standard, well balanced with price. Hotel is well located 15 min walk from Wavel castle and 10 min from main square. Zabka convenience store and few restaurants (including one directly in the hotel) in 200m diameter. Parking directly in the premises, for relatively good price.

Breakfast choice could be better for the price paid. Hotel is a bit of a maze, but you will get used to it.

Excellent location at border of pedestrian area very close to central old market square. Traditional hotel structure. Plenty shower hot water. Convenient internal parking, although limited to number of places. H24 reception. Last but not least perfect cappuccino !

It is not a modern hotel but a traditional polish one. For me it is perfect as it is.

I really liked the location of the hotel and staffs helpfulness and flexibility, absolutely recommend to friends who would go there.

The breakfast unfortunately was subpar. The coffee was undrinkable bad, and the scrambled eggs where made out of egg powder and I assume even the cheap one of that, which is more to the restaurant that is doing the catering and not the hotel it self. Full of sugar like cake and brownie but not a decent egg, sausage or bacon which after visiting many hotels in many countries on many levels, this was disappointing so much that on the 2nd day of my booking I rather went out to have a good breakfast somewhere else.

The hotel has a good location, practically in the city center, yet the room is quite quiet. There's a small parking lot in front of the hotel, which is very important in central Krakow. The reception staff was pleasant. The room was clean. There is bottled water and a kettle.

There's no elevator, so getting up to the floor with heavy luggage can be tricky. The bed isn't very comfortable and isn't very stable. There are no slippers. The breakfast is weak, with virtually no choice.

It was great that, even though we had an issue with the excursion we had booked, the receptionist assisted us immediately by contacting the excursion agency and handling the situation promptly.

We had requested in advance that the room have a double bed. However, it had two single beds, and when we mentioned this to the reception, they did not help us at all. Instead, they told us that this was what was available.Throughout the entire hotel, from the moment you enter, there is an unpleasant smell that resembles garlic

The location was very close to the old town, easy to walk to and from.

The beds weren't comfortable. The mattresses need to be changed, we had springs pressing against us.

Very clean and large room, that comes with all you need, including coffee making facilities in room.The reception was quite helpful, making sure we get a packed breakfast one of the days since we were going to an early excursion. Breakfast options are average.

The hotel is a bit old and a renovation will give a better product to the tourist.The breakfast room is in the hotel restaurant which is an Asian restaurant, which are synonymous with the specific spicey smell that is not compatible with the served breakfast food.

Breakfast buffet was good and staff very friendly, room was clean and recently refurbished. Reception staff especially Daria were very friendly and helpful at all times and found some headphones of mine when cleaning in final day and gave them to me before we left.

Overpriced for the type of room offered. Also on google was 43£ in low season and we paid more than 90£... same service Breakfast was not good quality.

The hotel was central. It is comfortable and value for money. The staff at the reception was very helpful.

The bath in the bathroom was too high to get in and out. The smell from the restaurant was too strong.

This hotel location is close to old town tourist attractions. Seating arrangement at the entrance is pleasing for sipping coffee / tea or reading books.

An elevator / lift is essential for the customers on 2nd & top floor rooms. Use of staircases for the aged persons are not comfortable.

The room had A/C and fresh water bottles everyday, which was nice because the weather was hot.

The bed was kind of lumpy and the room was small. The A/C had a small pipe running to the shower which dripped water when the A/C was on.

Good location on walking distance to city center. Bus stop to the airport is very close. Quiet room, very comfortable bed and air-condition. Nice food in the restaurant and very good breakfast.

Our room was on the upper floor and has only dormer windows. The shower was uncomfortable to use due to the low ceiling height in this part of the bathroom.

Very nice location near the city centre. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Fridge And mineral water available in the room. Possibility of making coffee or tea. Possibility to reserve parking at the hotel.

A bit older equipment and creaky beds, but all acceptable and clean.
