Everything was excellent
Well lets start from location. It just perfect by all means. Staff was so welcoming willing to assist. Breakfast surely good value for the cost. I selected to pay day by day, sice last night we had very early flight, however we took all our breakfasts in the hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean.Room facility we had kettle so we could make our own tea daily.
Shower - since the shower is half open, any shower means wet bathroom floor. Taking a shower in couple ment pool in the shower room..

The room was modern and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely shower with good pressure and it was always hot. There was always clean towels provided if needed and staff in reception were incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. Short distance to the Old Town Square but also within walking distance to the Market Hall and the Jewish district where there are further tours.

The room was big and spotless and obviously subject to availability, but we were able to check in early, which was great.
Didn't have any dislikes.
Stuff was very well-disposed, at the beginning there was some noise in our room (probably AC), but then we could easily change the room. Location is just great, right in the old town and also nice park right next to it. Really nice walk by the park to Wawel castle. Rooms are stylish and quite big. Beds are very comfortable.
