Hotel Senacki

Lovely staff and excellent breakfast.

Our room was top floor with only shoe box size windows and sky lights. Would not have booked if I’d known this. Thankfully we were only staying one night. The lift did also not go to the top floor and I had to carry my whole family luggage up another members weren’t able to manage it.

Location, service & you could have a drink if you didn't mind standing

We couldn't use the bar/restaurant as it was open to general public & couldn't get a table.

Breakfast was delicious, hotel reception staff were v helpful and friendly. Excellent location, close to the Main Square.

Would be nice to have additional blankets or an extra quilt in the room

Great location in old town. friendly and helpful staff. Room was perfect, had everything we needed. Quirky breakfast room. Prosecco bar was great with delicious seafood. Would love to stay again.

The hotel location is good in the middle of everything everything was close by and the staff was nice and friendly The hotel is also pretty fancy

The location was great inthe centre of the old town and easy to walk from the hotel to main sites and attractions.friendly staff and we were able to check in early.Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.

The bathroom shower head needed fixing, but it didnt stop is showering (just very wet floor).

Breakfast was good, location was very close to main old town area and castle without being loud on the street below.

Excellent location in the old town, short walk to the main square and Christmas Markets, and in the other direction a short walk to the Wawel Castle. Many, many excellent restaurants and cafes around, and lots of historical attractions...too many! Breakfast is in a 16th century basement, very clean and dry, no musty smells, very cute! And the breakfast food is great, huge selection. The staff were very nice and helpful, and it was great to have them arrange our airport transfers and several guided tours beforehand. Highly recommend!

Well where to start location excellent breakfast staff excellent the building is amazing And the receptionist on duty on the 13/12/25 went way above and beyond for me thank you

The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Krakow. Our suite was amazing, it was spacious and very comfortable.Breakfast was very good and staff provided excellent customer service. Check out the Oyster Bar downstairs, you can have a drink here or take advantage of the fantastic seafood on offer.Highly recommended.

Breakfast that is included was great! Location is perfect. Very comfortable bed and linens.

WiFi was exceptionally weak in the room.

It was such a lovely hotel, room was brilliant and clean. Bathroom and the shower fab. Staff friendly and polite. Hotel in great place to get anywhere.

Not that didn't like it but it does say full English/Irish/ American breakfast. But it's not a full English. It was nice especially the scrambled eggs. But need beans and mushrooms . But apart from that was good
