- The best advantage of the hotel is location, it is practially at the heart of the Old Town in Krakow, very close to everything!- It was very clean- Veeeery spacious bathroom- Breakfast was very good and at 7 am, when there was a start, it was already ready (not always the case)

- I was surprised to see that there is no lobby whatsoever, just 2 small tables next to the dining room- There is no way to get even coffee during the day as the kitchen only works for the breakfasts.

It was very very cold outside and the heating was a bit too hot over night, but this was during an exceptionally cold spell

The location was central, the staff were polite and helpful, the hotel was exceptionally clean.

Staff were very welcoming on arrival and throughout the stay. Hotel very close to the square but still very quiet and peaceful.

Great staff!! Angelica was an amazing receptionist. She gave me some great recommendations to see as a tourist and restaurants that serve traditional polish food!!The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had!! 100% recommend the hotel and breakfast!

We stayed as a group of four (two couples) and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is literally in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, amenities, and major tourist attractions. The location is simply superb.Hospitality was excellent throughout our stay. Our room faced the street entrance, which added an interesting and lively touch to the experience. Breakfast was outstanding and never disappointing — there was a wide selection of food, including fruits and desserts, and the hot dishes changed daily, which kept things fresh and enjoyable.The restaurant staff were extremely attentive, promptly clearing plates, cups, and tables shortly after guests had finished. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would definitely return to this hotel whenever we visit Kraków again. Highly recommended.

If we had to mention one minor drawback, it would be that the room could have been slightly larger, although it was still perfectly acceptable. As the hotel is located on an active street, there were pedestrians outside at all hours, sometimes making noise late at night. However, our room was on the second floor and had double-glazed windows, so once the windows were closed, no noise could be heard inside the room. In any case, this is more a result of the hotel’s central location rather than any fault of the hotel itself.

The location was great, right next to the square but far enough it was lovely and quiet. We was in one of the economy rooms on the top floor (5th). Short flight of stairs from the lift to the room. The room was great, good size for what we needed. Bathroom and room was to a high spec, we would definitely return or recommend. Also like that you can leave your key in reception when you go out.

I loved this little hotel. It came as a complete surprise as I booked last minute. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is enormous and immaculate. A fantastic little place so close to everything. I highly recommend it.

Nothing at all.

The breakfast was not ideal for us, no bacon each day, no beans at all and found out when we left we had to pay for it.I explained to reception that I believed it was included when she showed me me the contract that it was optional but it was in small print and in Polish. Why was we not asked/told this at reception or the server at breakfast???

AS ABOVEPlus the step in the room wasn’t very clever as dangerous.

Our room had glass window ceiling and due to temperature changes,water accumulated and leaked during the night

The location, the cleanliness, and the comfortable mattress. The breakfast was also quite good.

There was a gap at the bottom of the room and bathroom doors, which meant that soundproofing was not perfect. Fortunately, the hotel was quiet, so this did not become a significant issue.
