The price was the main attribute of this place. The location was not bad neither.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, and the water in the shower was clogged, making the whole experience disgusting and uncomfortable. Additionally, the room had a very bad smell that was noticeable even from the alley.

All good ..value for money.. nice location.. friendly staff. Parking available.. late check-in possible. All good for me during my late weekend drive to Krakow

All good.. value for money .no complaints .The mattress could be slightly better but again it's value for this money so can't complain.

Almost everything. Surrounding is awful. Building is smelly and awful. Mattress is so bad that I wouldn’t stand second night in there. STAY AWAY!

There is a private free parking behind the building. Rooms were nothing special but nothing to complain either. Two rooms always share a bath room. Staff spoke a little bit English. Reception is open 24h which is great.

There was a fridge an a small kitchen downstairs but it was really dirty, like disgusting.

The receptionist warned that the room which we booked is very bad, we went to take a look at it together, and indeed. Carpet was dirty, there was strong cigarette smell, room was cold because no heaters... She said, booking.com cheated on us, this room shouldn't be given to guests in such condition but she couldn't do anything about it. But she was very nice and told that there was only one cozy single room left, but she could bring another pillow and blanket, so we, 2 persons, stayed in single room, otherwise it would be non-refundable.In the kitchen there were no knives, but receptionist lent us one.

Convenient location, quiet but fairly close to the city centre and old town- 15/20 min on public transportation

Room was mostly clean however some of the cutlery and crockery provided wasn't too clean

It is convenient to get there by car, there is a private parking lot. Very friendly staff at the reception.I stayed for one night - I liked everything for its value.

A little uncomfortable shower, one for two rooms, but it is not critical.

The rooms are very clean and modern; free parking; towels, soap and shampoo provided for; showers have good pressure and hot water. Bathroom only shared with 1 other room, so almost a private bathroom; Lidl and tram stop 4min walk with tram being 20min journey to city centre. 24hr reception. Not sure about the kitchen facilities as we never used them. Would recommend!

The place has the feeling that they renovated the rooms of an old building and then ran out of money for the passages and entrance area. This is probably the one area the place could be improved by making it more homely. The rooms are great though, so it's just looking past this.

The room and the bathroom were brand-new.Everything was newly renovated and the beds were comfy and clean.The room was very big and had a table where you could eat a takeaway or a sandwich.Every 2 rooms have to share a bathroom so if you are lucky and no one has the room next to you you have a private bathroomThe people who run the Hotel are super friendly and always happy to help. The hotel itself is a bit older but don't judge the book by its cover, we felt totally comfortable and it has free Parking.The area doesn't have much restaurant or bars but you can take the tram (2min from hotel) and within 15 min you are in the center. I booked this property in a hurry without researching , when I arrived right outside were people sitting on the ground drinking beer , others smoking out of hotel windows , moving to the lobby door , the outside rubbish bin ashtray was full of hundreds of cigarette bits, not cleaned out in weeks and cement in front of door broken , inside everything is old and gloomy , no Elevator , so up steers to be greeted but a dark musty smelling hall with worn carpet , the room seemed clean with the smallest beds I have ever seen , room smelled of cigarette smoke , there is a Shared bathroom , at this point I walked out and booked a more comfortable hotel .

Very dirty, no rubbish bins in rooms nor toilets. Far away from anywhere.
