Perfect Location

Clogged shower drain.

The room was very nice and clean, with polite and helpful receptionists. A pleasant surprise was the kettle, mugs, and even some tea and coffee provided in the room—definitely a nice touch. Depending on which room you get, you might hear some street noise through the window, but not all rooms face the same way, so it’s partly a matter of luck. The biggest downside was the shared kitchen, which was very basic and lacked proper utensils and plates. Still, overall a quite nice stay.

I WASN'T ABLE TO CHECK-IN at midnight and forced to find another hotel

Check-in process failed not by my fault and the hotel couldn't help.The domophone didn't work at all in the night, so I couldn't get in the building. On the next morning it started to work again. The hotel is still ignoring my questions to refund money for that day, that was missed because of check-in failure. I'm very disappointed.

10 mins walk to the main square, great apartment with 2 big beds and a red hot shower.. would definitely book again!

Best thing about it is location which is in walkable distance of the city as well to the train/bus station

It was a decent stay but not to expect too much from it's clearly a budget option and I wouldn't recommend more than overnight stay due to lessered comfort. State of bathroom, less comfortable beds and pillows, feeling that it's not very clean (I found sticky paper behind the pillow). Other than that it's passableOne important note is to keep your stuff safe and do not forget anything as I did, cause my airbuds that I left in the room on kitchen table got 'lost/stolen' by the staff (even after calling the reception for help just hour after check out)

Nice stuff, good beds

Central heating was turned off, we were offered a small portable electric heater. The room is not carpeted so it was very cold floor especially in the bathroom.

The price is affordable. This hostel is located near the old town, it is easy to go to the old town.

It's a bit noisy because the hostel is located in front of the tram station so you will hear noise a lot

When we arrived, there was an empty can of beer under the table. The room servire fogot to clean it.

My room was right opposite the main street and the bip of the red light rang throughout the night. I asked for the room to be changed but there was no unavailability. The room service was not done properly, only the cover of the bed was put back and that was it.

i was in a twin share room and when i tell you this was the MOST comfortable bed i have slept in on my entire trip i slept like a BABYlocation was great, close to the old town and public transport, laundry downstairs and around the corner, loads of coffee shops and food options, tea and coffee in room

very basic hotel (which i don't mind at all) but VERY noisy - trams are going past all day and all night and you can hear everything through the walls (basically being ear plugs). the bathroom smelt terrible, i think it was the shower drain which also did not drain properly

clean room and bathroom,- all necessary facilities in my room (iron, kettle)- really nice staff, helpful,- close to the center

no a fun in my room (room 12), it was pitty because sleeping with open window was impossible,- no kitchen paper or cloth in the kitchen

If there is rate below 1 , they deserve it. The worst management ever. It is not a hostel , it is an apartment. In the beginning, we met the receptionist, which was unfriendly. I don't know the reason , but they might be racist.There was a common door between our apartment and another apartment. I asked for the keys , and the lady told me that no keys were available. When I told her what shall I do if the neighbour closed the door, she replied in a sarcastic way that it will.not happen.

We came back , and found the common door closed by the other neighbour. He didn't open the door , and the management didn't reply.We slept in the streets with my kids as we didn't find any other hotel. When they came back after 10 hours , she spoke to the neighbour, and he opened the door.The neighbour and the hostel team didn't apologise. They told me in an arrogant way that they can compensate me by giving the cost of this day. I didn't accept it because they didn't apologise or even respect us. The response from Booking team was also horrible. The next day, they removed the locker. This place should be avoided as they are not responsible for managing a property serving families.

Very convenient place in the old town. Cafe "Warsztat" on the first floor, where very tasty and inexpensive food.

If you stay in the summer, it will be hot because there is no air conditioning. If you leave the windows open in the morning there will be a lot of noise from the street.

I like the location.

i wish i had been informed of building works happening at the time of my stay, which was very noisy first thing in the morning.
