Hotel Zakliki

Hotel is located 6km from airport, there is train from hotel ( 5 minutes walking distance ) which connects to airport or Krakow city. There is also nice restaurant behind hotel and food was really nice. We stayed only one night so no time to explore

The only one thing i didnt like was when we booked it says they have airport shuttle which is not true

The location. Right next to a power line and garbage containers outside our window. Multiple flies in our rom upon arrival.

Washroom is not clean well , i ask for the double bed but they joind two single bed , & mettres a old if you sleep m

The value was great. Good prices for a night before flying. The location is very close to the train station for the airport/Krakow main station. Staff was helpful.

They only had one baby bed available for us, and we needed two. However, they provided blankets for a floor bed, and the night turned out fine

Local to the airport and next to an excellent restaurant which served highly recommended food. Grat value all round

Zero staff anywhere except the breakfast chef who spoke zero English.

The receptionist vas very helpful and friendly, she helped us with everything we needed, even took me to the restaurant to ask if we could get dinner as a take away as we were tired after we drove for over 6 hrs to Poland. The waiter in the restaurant I think his name was Martin was very helpful and friendly as well. The food was great, one of the best burgers I ever had. The location of the hotel was perfect as well as we were staying just one night before our flight back home, close to the airport enough.There was a possibility to make a cup of tea of coffee in the room, also fringe was provided in the bedroom. There are toiletries and hair dryer in the bathroom.Also there in a vending machine at the reception. This hotel provides everything you need.Big benefit is also parking for free for the hotel guests.This was great stay for such a great money.

There was nothing wrong in there I would just personally preferred if there would be milk for the coffee.

There's good facilities, kind receptionist, besides 1 minute from train stop and 2 stops from the airport, especially it's important for early morning flights.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times when traveling from Krakow airport, and it’s always a good experience. Very close to the airport (8 min drive), plenty of parking spots, friendly staff, and comfortable beds and rooms overall. Will definitely stay again.

This time the guests who stayed in a room next to ours played loud music and clearly had some party going on until late at night. Sounds travel between the rooms too easily :( However, on my previous stays there was no problem at all with noise.

6 min away from the Krakow air port, we needed a place to stay till our flight that was at 5AM. We enjoyed the local italian resturant. The Recption staff was nice and very welcoming.

The BED was too soft for me and the room needs renovation.

Comfy beds, spacious room. Tea and coffee available in room. Convenient for airport.

TV and fridge not working.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Good location - 10 minutes to airport by car.

I saw cockroaches on the walls, and the place had a foul smell of dampness. Too high price for these conditions.

great hotel, not the first time we stay there. Very friendly staff, rooms are spacious and clean

The air conditioner in our room didn't work well, it was a bit hot.

our 3 days stay in this hotel is very comfortable,the hotel room is very clean & beautiful.the staff is very helpful and hope to comeback here someday…thank you for this wonderful experience:)

Quiet location and close to the airport. Spacious room.

Tight parking, in some cases, is due to incorrectly parked vehicles. The unusual thing for me was that the room card had been left in the room waiting for us in an unlocked room?! Must be very safe there, I guess.

Location close to the airport.Lovely restaurant next door. The staff were so lovely & very helpful. Spacious room. Shower is really powerful & very decent sized bathroom.

Beds & pillows were pretty uncomfortable but can’t fault the friendless of the staff! Air con needs looking at!

I arrived at midnight and it would be nice if a person/ receptionist meets you, although I’ve rang the hotel and a lovely person guided me through how to open hotel’s door as it was locked.
