New and spacious apartment.

The location is fantastic. The apartment was clean, cozy and spacious with good facilities, and the staff was extra helpful.

The parking is charged extra, there is no on-site kitchen to order hot meals from and there was a continuous thumping noise from the floor above us.

The location is excellent with a beautiful river view. It is close to everything, including the city center, which made our stay very convenient.

The professional staff, Short walk to bus and tram stops. The Convenient of small shops & cafe’s.

The unit had a washing machine, but not a dryer. The hanging rack was ok. A dryer would save time.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The property offers two bedrooms. Parking is available

The entrance to the parking is too narrow and really hard to drive through. Not all rooms have air conditioning.

The location was great & it had private parking. The staff was friendly.

Cozy, beautifully renovated, spacious and at the best location.

Very good location. The studio equipped with the necessary equipment. Comfortable mattress. Close to the bus station. Paid parking a plus.in nearby café and shops to solve the problem of breakfast. I will gladly come back

The apartment was clean and very well-equipped. The environment was quiet. I was able to check-in early and the member of staff who checked me in was superb. Location was close to a bus stop and the trams were a short walk over the bridge.

All was good.

Perfection. Comfortable bed, all the amenities, easy access to onsite paid parking, beautiful decor, close to tram/train. Will rebook here and recommend to anyone traveling to Krakow!

Nothing about the property but watch out for the parking address on booking. It will put you on the wrong side of the street in a one way street area!

Friendly staff, perfect location, tram stop 100m from hotel, close to river

Nice apartment hotel. The location is convenient for walking around the city. Special thanks to Daria for settling in tired after the flight at 10 am, not 15 as usual. Near the hotel there is a good coffee house Dalivia Kava, which belongs to a couple from Ukraine. They have excellent service and great breakfast and coffee.

I've got a nice small apartment with a comfortable bed, fast internet, nicely furnished, with a free coffee and tea. I liked there the comfort I've got after a long day at work. I would definitely stay again, you can get a great quality for the price.

A little noise coming from the street.

We stayed here for one night and had a really pleasant experience! The apartment was spacious, stylish, and had everything we needed for a short stay. There’s an option to order breakfast for an extra charge, including a vegan option, which is a nice touch.Our room had a beautiful view of Wawel Castle from the living room window, which made our stay feel special. The bedroom had a skylight that added a cozy and unique vibe.There’s also a fully equipped kitchen, though we didn’t have time to use it. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Kraków – highly recommended!

The apartment was perfect, just the right size, clean and had everything we needed. Maybe a coffee machine would have been handy, but there were several coffee shops in the neighborhood, so we managed without. The location was good, we had a view of the castle, which as nice :) The old town and the Jewish quarter were just about 20 minutes walk, but there was also a bus stop nearby. The parking was a nice touch, which was in the inner yard, we had to reserve in advance for a daily fee, which was totally worth it, because in the surrounding streets it was hard finding a spot.

Everything was perfect, nice, new and clean :) Maybe the coffee machine missing, but we could manage without.

A lovely functional apartment set within a block overlooking the river , location was perfect , very peaceful at night , shops, delis, markets all within minutes away. Triple glazed windows ensured we was nice and cozy. Parking was secure and easy. We absolutely loved it here and loved Krakow. Highly recommended

A wonderful place to stay in Krakow! Great cozy apartments, super friendly staff, super great location near the river, the castle and downtown. The best place to stay so far. Definitely recommend.

Location, comfortable good view

We had an incredible week in Poland, and our stay at Riverside was one of the best experiences we had. The room was clean, organized, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and we also appreciated the fast internet and our soundproof room.
