Very comfortable rooms and quality breakfast

The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and tidy. Complimentary drinks in the minibar every day. The breakfast was great and fresh.

Lack of storage room in the room. It was hard. The staff did their job well and responded to requests, but the experience felt a bit reserved. A warmer, more friendly approach would have made the stay more pleasant.

Breakfast was a bit expensive given the choice, we opted to use this on only one of the days of our stay, the location was perfect far enough away from the hussle and bussle of the main sqaure, close enough to reach with a 5 mminute walk, with loads of restaurants well within walking distance loved the hotel loved the trip and loved the room and the location of the Hotel.

Price of the drink was expensive, we only chose one night to have a drink in the hotel, e.g £20 for two drinks, this was the only complaint overall however it was a lovely place and staff where lovely and helpful.

Excellent location So close to the square 6 minutes walk was great Breakfast was great and a lot of verity to choose from.

The toilets after staying there for 4 nights smelt of urine both of the rooms we had smelt on the last night which is very odd.

Very quiet, clean, easy to access, friendly helpful staff. Spacious room, lovely clean bathroom and plenty of towels.

The hotel was clean quite great staff friendly and the breakfast was superb the whole building was warm throughout and in a great location not far from the main square on foot also close to public transport trams and taxis would highly recommend big shout out to the wonderful staff will be returning

Fantastic location close to the old town and 10 minute walk to the train station or Jewish quarter. Clean and comforting surroundings. Efficient staff checked us in early. Good selection of continental options available at breakfast, coffee was especially nice and smooth. Shower was nice and rooms were warm with air conditioner available.

Fresh orange juice was lacking, could improve here. Bigger bowls at breakfast. Adding English breakfast tea to the selection of tea options would be available.

Quiet Twin room on the inside looking over the courtyard. Ideal location to explore the city. Staff were extremely friendly.

No heating in our room on the first night. Staff did resolve when reported even though it was an electric heater.

It was nice and relaxing and peaceful, close to the Main Square, Train Station and anything I wanted to do. The staff were helpful and friendly and helped with anything I asked- which wasn't much really. The bar/restaurant was lovely to have a glass of wine and read a bookIt was my first time in Krakow and my first solo trip definitely recommended Leonardo

The location and the decoration the staff also very kind .. the breakfast was perfect
