super central, super chill, felt safe super affordable, really accomodating

warm water suddenly didn't work anymore the reception wasn't always occupied so it was tough to contact the staff

Good location very close to city centre

No heating in middle of November ,no washing mashine like mentioned in the booking , no towels as expected.No staff at the property as it says in booking .Also ne info about local attraction for new turists. Also hostel doors not working especially the front main door I could not get in until someone come at one point.Never meet any staff during my stay at any one point .Not easy to find the property if coming first time signage should be improved for new arrivals.

Clean, comfortable, well stocked, amazing location, electrical outlets next to every bed, secure lockers for storage

Rarely ever encountered staff, luckily we had no issues so it wasn't a big deal, only one toilet

Pros: nice location, very clean, very friendly, nice bed, easy self check-in.Totally worth for money experience. I would highly recommend to any traveler that like hostels.We had lockers WITH keys also, but no towels.

The wi-fi does NOT work, only a LITTLE BIT in the kitchen. I had to be on data the WHOLE time.I was going to give a 10/10 but I have a serious issue with the owners. I messaged them the day of the booking (1 month ago) that I need a bottom bunk bed because I have mobility issues. They totally disregard my message or seen it but didn't care and they gave me a top bed. I even offered to show a doctor's notice BUT it didn't matter. This is kind of disrespectful from my point of view. I really do not care for the wi-fi but the bed matter was a very serious problem for me.

Good location. Decent sized room. There's a window you can open for fresh air.

It's not one of those social hostels. It's more like a sleeping-only hostel. Just a place to go back to and sleep at night. The beds were fairly thin, but staff is nowhere to be seen. There is a staff there, but you never really see them. So you could view it as pretty much a self-service hostel. No towels provided, so you have to bring your own, which is inconvenient for a light solo traveler. Bathrooms are mediocre. No towels or paper towels to dry your hands.

Great centric location

If you bring heavy luggage the stairs will not help. My check out was at 11, I had already left the room but needed to finish cooking, I would have hoped for a little flexibility but the cleaning lady refused and told me to leave.There is no living room in their second floor and the kitchen is small. I was lucky not many people cooked at the same time

Great location - could see the basilica from our room window. Nice balconies above a courtyard. Has two bathrooms which manage traffic okay. Good wifi.

Matresses were old, my friend had a bit of disconnected foam on the end of his mattress to elongate the mattress length. No towels provided. Desk unmanned a lot. Staff got our check out day confused and were knocking on the door a day early. Was sorted with no issues though.

location is great, beds are comfortable and well made, bathroom is convenient to use, kitchen had coffee, which saved me in the early morning, in overall this hostel perfect for short budget stay or visiting Krakow for several days with friends

it was a little hard to get asleep because of contstant humming (not loud, but still)

Incredible location right in the middle of town. Private room was nice. Shared bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was nice.

Sometimes very noisy at night. One night, neighbors were talking outside loudly at 4am. Another night, a neighbor was doing construction with power tools at 2am. No AC so windows had to be open for air, and we could hear everything.

The best location and manager Oksana and Dima and others are really wonderful….Right in the Crowd of Krakow you have a peaceful friendly place…..

The place is centrally located and quite nice! The staff is really lovely, the beds are comfy, and the facilities are quite clean.

The room was too small for the number of beds squeezed into it, so I could not get enough air when the room was at maximum capacity. It was not possible to open the window because of the noise from the pub downstairs (the pub itself is great, though).

The property is under construction. One bathroom for so many ppl. Not sure about hygiene as they were just randomly giving beds.

The bed was comfortable. And pillows too. Bathroom was so clean!
