- Close proximity to the main square. Flexibility of staff to allow us to change from the really small 100sqft room to a larger 250sqft room the next night at no charge. Rose marmalade donuts sold just outside the front door.

- We were put into room 4 which was smaller than a cruise ship room. The noise from reception conversations and phones was disturbing and internet was worse than dial up. We asked to cancel, but the staff moved us to room 13. Bigger, quieter, & bad internet

- no room service during the stay. Room is very small, 2 single beds, the basic ones. No chair in the room, just a small table. no front reception, but remotely. luggae storing is 15 mins walking from the hotel, that's need to be fixed! doesn't make any sense you walk 15 mins with lugggaes just to store them. This remote recepetion, might be cost effective but impact dramitically on the level of service. especially considering the amount we pay (20-25% less cost per night comparing to regular hotels with reception, cleaning and storage). BTW, none of the above was listed in the hotel page in booking, or maybe I didn't see.

I rented an apartment for one of my family members. I did not stay in the room, so I can't say much about it. However, I would like to mention that the communication with the team was exceptional. They were very responsive, kind, and caring. They were patient with me, answered all my questions, and provided directions for me to coordinate.

It was on the 4th floor, with no elevator. The bad needs renovation so badly! You can’t offer a bad in such condition. In the wardrobe was some smell. And because of location it was noisy.
Best location in Krakow, great view. Also check-in and communication with host quick and unproblematic.

Location is great.
The room we first got wasn’t as it’s on pictures. The floors were old, table and beds were damaged. With the first seconds I took contact with administrators. At first they said they can’t refund my money without manager (which was away until Monday) and that there are no free rooms in this apartment. But at least after me being annoying, they offered another apartment which was in another building and was new and clean.

Bed had broken spars and they had been temporarily repaired never received any new towels during 3 day stay coffee tea never got replaced only 2 sachet each for 3 days no sitting area in room and bed was really low
