We had connecting rooms that accommodated our family of 5; one king room and one triple. Great location. Comfortable beds and terrific breakfast. Right in Old Town
Nothing comes to mind
Proper rooms, special building, normal breakfast, in the old town
Excellent location, easy walk from train station and close to old town attractions and restaurants, comfortable bed and plentiful, delicious breakfast
Located within the Krakow Old Town area, this hotel is a short walk from the main railway station. Breakfast was buffet style and was a great way to start the day.
We did appreciate the hotel's fantastic location, which was a primary reason for our booking. The room itself was surprisingly spacious by European standards, and we found the large bed to be very comfortable. The breakfast offered was decent. It is also worth noting that with one specific exception, the majority of the staff we interacted with were helpful and professional.
However, our stay was severely marred by a significant lack of maintenance and several unacceptable issues. The air conditioning was completely broken, leaving the room at a stifling 27°C (81°F), and despite our complaints to five different staff members, we were informed it could not be fixed until after our departure. The resolution to this major inconvenience, a promised 15% discount on the amount we paid, has still not been confirmed or processed. Furthermore, our initial 100 PLN deposit has also not been returned. The room's condition was poor; the carpet was very dirty with numerous dark and red stains, and the shelf in the closet, which was clearly poorly glued on beforehand, collapsed under the weight of our clothes. When we reported this, we were wrongly accused of failing to notify them of the pre-existing damage. Additionally, the refrigerator does not get cold enough, the towel warmer does not turn on at all, and the Wi-Fi signal was too weak to be usable for any purpose. The bathroom presented its own hazards, as the shower floor was dangerously slippery. The provided amenities were also subpar, as the hair dryer is antiquated and overheats to the point of shutting off after just a minute or two of use. Finally, we must note that one staff member, Klaudia, was exceptionally rude and indifferent to our complaints about the air conditioning, which stood in stark contrast to the attitude of her colleagues.
Location was great . Rooms were spacious and clean .
A/c in the sitting area was not working.
The staff were very helpful, polite, and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable.
The lighting in the room was not bright which made it difficult to read.
The property is located in the perfect location to visit all of Kraków’s sites.
We would have liked to have been able to purchase coffee at the restaurant but we had to buy the entire breakfast.
Only good thing about this hotel is the location
Not sure if this is just related to cultural differences but the staff are rude. They seem to be there to enforce the rules of the hotel rather than be welcoming to guests. If you have an early flight don’t expect any leeway on the check in time. Since I had 3 hours to kill after traveling for 24, I asked if there was a place I could charge my phone. The receptionist looked at me like that was the craziest request she had ever heard and I had to find a local coffeeshop to charge it. When you go to breakfast have your room number ready because they will instantly bark “room number?” the second they see you without even a good morning.Lastly, if you’re an American the AC is not going to meet your expectations.Overall just an odd place and I would find something better next time.
Location and amazing staff!
The AC wasn’t working as good as we expected.
It is a very good location
The location of the power outlets is very inconvenient: instead of being near nightstands they are just under the pillows; you cannot use phone chargers there as they will be disturbed ;
LocationRoom and the bed was comfortable
I was stuck in the staircase for 15 minutes because all doors to staircase was one way and until I called the reception to open I couldn’t get out.I pressed the only button that was near the door and it was the fire alarm which I didn’t know because everything was in polish. This fire alarm issue happened again with someone else Hope they will fix this staircase issue…
Our experience at Hotel Elektor Premium exceeded expectations. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the location is perfect – right in the heart of the Old Town, yet peaceful. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.Special thanks for the convenient luggage storage on our arrival and departure days, and a heartfelt thank you to the very kind receptionist who welcomed us so warmly. We truly appreciate your hospitality ??
The breakfast is excelent! Very fresh foods, several alternatives and high quality foods. The location is just on the Old Downtown, excelent! It also near by the Central Train Station (~600m).We we gifted with an room up-grade, and got a very nice room, big size room, big size bed, several facilities as refrigerator, coffee machine + coffee capsules, tea machine + tea.The staff is very polite and always available to help.
The breakfast could start at 6:30AM or 7:00AM instead of 7:30AM.
The place is very clean and bed is comfortable.Location is good and convenient!
