Big comfortable bed

No water in the room. Empty water carafe was left in the room with a note saying you need to go and fill it up yourself from the dispenser next to the elevators! It really is questionable. I arrived at the hotel tired, sweaty and super thirsty after a really long travel and there was no water available at hand. They explained it that this was them caring for the environment but it really is just cutting costs at the expense of the hotel guests. They could use glass bottled water instead of plastic! Another water related issue I experienced was in the shower/bathtub. I wanted to take a hot shower but the water was lukewarm even when set to the temperature over 38 degrees. The hotel is evidently cutting costs. It is visible and very in your face

It was one of the best hotels we have visited with our family. The staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel was extremely comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay from start to finish.The pool and fitness center were a big plus, and we made good use of them during our stay.Being able to swim and workout right at the hotel really added to our overall comfort.Everything was modern, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for both relaxation and active recreation.

This hotel is great value for money. The staff here are some of the most friendliest and helpful I have encountered at a stay - which deserves recognition! There was good choices of food at breakfast. The size of the room was great. Hotel facilities are really good too - gym has everything you need & more. Spa is amazing! Bed extremely comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet location. I had amazing sleeps every night.

Guest Wi-Fi is different from the TVs, therefor couldn't cast to TV. (honour membership is different I think)There was some missed vacuuming under the bed, which I only noticed as I dropped something under there.

Very good hotel in Krakow - completely comfortable room, fantastic breakfast, good gym and nice swimming pool.

Unfortunately, the hotel isn't very well connected to Krakow's historic center by public transportation. Breakfast was fantastic, but the bread could have been a bit fresher.

Having a pool was a must for us, the swimming pool had everything, a part for exercise, a spa area with lovely warm water , a jacuzzi and sauna. Lovely separated changing room, which even had micellar water! Towels provided and nice chill atmosphere. Also has a good size soft play! Big bin if travelling with kids.Excellent breakfast

Restaurant was great, nicely served dinners, good food. Lots of staff for breakfast. Cocktails PERFECT. Already watching how they shake a drink was a performance :) Swimming pool great and big enough. Whirlpool in a nice light atmosphere.Nice saunas (for 16+ years old only). Rooms great, staff nice, lobby marvellous. Free bathrobes and slippers in the room. Large and updated gym.

Paid parking in the front of the hotel.

The staff was extremely kind, very nice hotel with luxurious services, breakfast more than satisfying, the spa area had everything you should need for a good relaxation.

The spa area could be a bit bigger having the size of the hotel.

The hotel itself is modern and clean, High quality. Beautiful saunas and a swimming pool. The room was spacious with a bath, which is a bonus. The staff were helpful and nice.

Cons: hard beds, which made my shoulders very painful. Breakfast was good, but there was a queue outside the restaurant if you came after 9 am, which did not leave a good impression. ( see attached photo)

A minor negative point, the wellness facility is good, however, too small for the size of hotel.

Unfortunately, my overall stay was overshadowed by several payment and currency-handling problems, as well as an unsatisfactory response from part of the front desk management, in particular Mr. Kacper Poziomek, Front Office Supervisor. Instead of taking ownership and offering a corrective action for the second issue , he chose to dismiss it and shift responsibility elsewhere. This was a missed opportunity to resolve the matter professionally in my view. Despite the booking conditions clearly stating that no prepayment was required, the hotel charged a one-night guarantee of €183.90 on my European credit card before check-in, converted into local currency, without my consent. I contacted the hotel in writing through Booking.com message regarding this charge, but received no response to date.At check-in, the charge was refunded. However, only €179.92 was returned, leaving a difference of €3.98. While this amount may appear small, the principle is important: the charge should not have happened at all, and the refund should have been for the full amount. At this point, I would like to thank Patricia (Manager), who addressed this first issue professionally and offered a discount on the parking fee as a goodwill gesture. A second issue occurred when the hotel required an additional guarantee of 200 PLN (€50.18) at check-in. At check-out, 200 LPD returned resulted again in lesser Euro. As with the first issue, I did not choose to pay the guarantee in local currency—this decision was made by the front desk. Guests should not suffer financial losses due to staff handling choices or exchange-rate practices they did not agree to, especially when the amount is only a temporary guarantee. I stay in hotels frequently and have paid and held guarantee amounts in different currencies worldwide. This is the first time I have ever experienced exchange-rate losses on guarantee amounts, which should be fully refundable and neutral to the guest.

The hotel is premium food buffet is okay

the parking is not free (12€ per day) which is owned by the hotel and on the first night there was no hot water available in the room shower so they changed our room(with a one with smaller bed) but the the hot water was still unvailable

Beautiful hotel with an exceptional spa, out of the town slightly but only around £3-5 in a taxi!

Good facilities, gym, pool. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.

The dinner for 125 euro person is a little poor for me , and if I want a glass of wine I must pay again

The room is comfortable and the breakfast has a lot of variety. The pool is good (when you can use it).

The hotel is great and has excellent facilities. However, the housekeeping service was very poor. We tried to use the hotel pool one day and were prevented from doing so. The receptionist at the spa said it was very crowded and we would have to wait (with no estimated time). It was quite disappointing for a Hilton hotel. The breakfast was very tasty, but there was a queue to get in every day. I stay in many hotels in various countries, and this was the first time I experienced this. In short: Excellent hotel with terrible management. I've stayed in hotels with spas where you could schedule appointments, avoiding overcrowding. Nothing beats good organization. That's what was truly lacking!

The hotel is lovey and we love doubletree in general. Rooms are lovely size. Warm cookies delightful. Staff put lovely cakes in room for son’s birthday which was lovely.

Gym and facilities are fantastic

Great hotel, very nice and welcoming stuff, clean everyday, big rooms with storage.

The room is a bit dark (lights wew dimm), but leave window and overall it does the work.
