Hotel Santi

The staff was exceptional. Room was set up so nice with three beds. Breakfast was wonderful and you can’t beat the location. Again can’t say enough about the staff. So friendly and helpful.

The location was convenient and safe , with easy access to the central place and other key attractions, with nearby dining options within walking distance.The room was impeccably cleaned and well-maintained.The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Loved the historic building with the vaulted ceilings. The room was comfortable and amazingly quiet for the location. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly

Disappointing, would not recommend

- The rooms are old and worn - The shower was leaking - There was poison ivy in the parking lot that we got burned yesterday, and the staff didn’t care to remove it

Location was excellent and there were a good choices for breakfast.

Beds could have been more comfortable. Mattress and pillows were a little hard.

Rooms were very large and in the polish style. We have stayed before and knew what to expect and would certainly stay again.

Unfortunately we found breakfast area cramped and couldn’t sit with friends unless we went to a larger back room away from the hustle and bustle. We have stayed before and was looking forward to showing our friends the cellar bar but it was not open and not sure if it has now been closed?

The location near the main Square could not be better. The staff was exceptional with breakfast made to order, great suggestions and assistance with every request. A very quiet location. Highly recommend it!

Excellent reception staff, super friendly and always helpful. Gladly helped to translate when we had problems with our airport transfer. Free drink upon arrival was much appreciated. Room was spacious and cleaned as much or as little as you request. Location is absolutely excellent right in the centre of Kraków. Faultless stay with 0 complaints and great value for money.

Small bar but adequate with a reasonable choice of drinks. Plenty of great bars on the doorstep as you are right in the centre.

Helpful staff, great location, very clean and spacious room

Our room was to the rear of the hotel, so we slept well, but friends at the front of the hotel said they could hear the trams all night. The hotel did provide ear plugs, but we didn't need them. Nothing negative to say about it

Very charming hotel in an excellent location. Big room, beds supercomfy and fast wi-fi. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast where you can choose from different set menues plus a amall buffet. Easy walk to many points of interest and both taxi stand and tram stop 20 ms from the hotel.

Lovely big room

Breakfast was until 10:30 and after our first night we arrived just after 10 and were told Breakfast was finished. After unnecessary stress and arguing they eventually agreed to give us Breakfast which wad already paid for and was in fact supposed to be served until 10:30.Bar wasn't open everyday and only open for a couple of hours the days it was open

Tram noise from 5.30am right outside the window. I know this cannot be helped.

The staff is good, the hotel and rooms are wonderful for middle age lovers. But the place of this nice hotel is strategic - in the heart of the Old City. Great choice for a couple days in Krakow!

The location was excellent for the old town, the staff were extremely helpful the hotel has retained the character of the building that it is in.

The hotel is close to the tram tracks and so depending on where your room is it can get a bit noisy.

Best location in the heart of every interesting place. Excellent breakfast & parking.

Hotel was in an excellent location . It was very clean and comfortable and staff very friendly .

If you’re going to stay there ask for a room at the back of the hotel as we had to change rooms from the front due to the noise from the tram that ran right past our window !
