Location, view, comfort and friendly staff
Amazing experience in this 19th century historical hotel right in the heart of the Old Town. Cafes, restuarants and places of interests were all within walking distance, making our visit even in the cold month of Feb very enjoyable.
Wonderful hotel in the Old Town. Walking distance to so many museums etc. Really lovely, helpful staff. I will be back
very friendly staff, perfect location and wonderful breakfast
Great place and breakfast. Historical building, stylish and spacious. Keeping the charm of the old style but comfortable and modern

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great location
excellent location, comfy bed, friendly staff and excellent breakfast
Excellent location minutes from main square, lovely retro hotel, fabulous breakfast, great to try Polish delicacies, beautiful, warm room with high ceilings
Everything was fab
This is the best hotel in Krakow — what a счастье it was to spend 3 days at this hotel. We stayed in a two-story penthouse that had absolutely everything: two full bedrooms, fresh linens, plenty of towels, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and so much — really so much — kitchenware of all kinds. The location is perfect — right in the very heart of the city. The breakfasts were perfect, and they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us since we had a night flight. The service was at the highest level. The hotel’s design feels like something out of a fairytale — you just want to stay there forever. I am absolutely delighted and highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The highest possible rating!Thank you to the hotel staff — we will definitely come back again.Keep being the best, always!
Perfect location and fantastic breakfast. The rooms are dated but have a charm
Beautiful building. Large clean comfortable room with a good shower. Excellent location a few minutes walk from the square.
The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also good and reasonably priced. The hotel is really close to the city center and the bus and train stations. They also allowed me to store my luggage for a few hours after checkout.
It would be nice to have hair conditioner in the bathroom in addition to the hair and body wash.
I loved everything about this place. The staff, the location, the room, the breakfast.... everything was perfect. Its an old but very well maintained hotel, a few minutes away from the city center. The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful. Parking is convenient. Rooms are large and comfortable. I won't look for another hotel if I come to krakow again.
It is a historical property and, as such, full of character and period furniture. Breakfast is truly excellent with plenty of options to choose from. Rooms are ample and quite comfortable, if one likes classical decor. Lastly, the location, being in the historic city center, makes it central for most of Krakow attractions, and it is less than one km from the train station. Recommended.
Worthy of mention, however, given it is not that usual, the safes are not in the room, but in the lobby, close to the reception area. They also require staff key to open for added safety, in addition to the guest's. Not that much of a nuissance, really.
The staff’s hospitality was truly outstanding—better than any hotel we’ve stayed at before. Even after we checked out, they not only kindly stored our luggage but also prepared a comfortable space for us to wait. Since our departure was at 11 p.m. and we weren’t sure where to spend the time, this was a huge help. Thank you so much.Breakfast was also excellent. The homemade cakes and other thoughtful touches really showed how much care and effort they put into making guests feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we had a very pleasant stay. This experience alone makes us want to come back to Kraków again.
I loved the hotel! It has the vibe :) The location is amazing! I had a very spacious room, the bathroom was huge, I had a bath and a shower. The bed was comfy as well as pillows! I really enjoyed it :) And I appreciate attention to detail: lamps and sockets near the bed.
Squeaky floor :) I was on the last floor and was worried I might be disturbing guests below me. Not sure if I was really heard, but I thought I could have been...
We had a wonderful stay in this hotel, unfortunately, it was only one night. The location is perfectly central, staff is extremely helpful and supported us a lot with finding the small item we lost in the room. The hotel and room itself is very clean , red carpets and mirrors and everything else in the lobby. Everything was great and we enjoyed the time spent there.
