JJ Sport Concept Hotel

Location requires a car pretty much but nice spa facilities and good value. Rooms are simple but the bed was very comfortable. In a quiet location but not that far from the city.

Great place for families with kids, 3 outdoor playgrounds, a dedicated area for kids in the lobby, and in the restaurant. The swimming pool also has slides for kids. Comfortable saunas and a small gym. The hotel itself is not big, so the place wasn't crowded, even in the high season. It's definitely worth visiting.

Everything was very good except they don’t have shelves in bathrooms, it’s really inconvenient to use all your shower products which are lying on the floor. Staff knows English, food in the restaurant is very delicious, many amenities like spa, gym and sport areas, also fact that you can go from your room to spa zone without going outside is big advantage. Overall, can recommend staying here ?

Jacuzzi was great after a cold day out. Nice restaurant on site. Big rooms. Good location. 10/15 minute drive into the old town and nice and quiet area. Great value for money. All staff are lovely.

Beds were very hard. Personal preference is a softer mattress. Breakfast is included however was not to our taste, all looked fresh. Not a massive selection of vegetarian food but lime and spicy food was delicious

Kind and helpful staff. Gym well equipped and swimming pool is child-friendly. In the restaurant there was even a children’s corner with lots of toys. Breakfast was plenty and good-quality.

Great facilities and nice room. Breakfast was good and you are so close to the salt mine. One mile away from the nearest park and ride into Krakow.Great base

The main draw of the hotel was the sports and spa facilities and the price.There's a good size swimming pool, a decent gym, and a decent sized sauna. Free bathrobes was a nice touch for going to the swim/gym/sauna (you have to leave a deposit). NB - swim pool requires bathing hats but they have a big box of them to borrow one.The breakfast was pretty good and the restaurant was passable for evening meals (and stayed open quite late).Free parking.Not far from city centre - about 15 mins or so driving. Bolt taxi is cheap otherwise. (You need to be careful about where you park in Krakow but there are places south-west of city centre where you can walk in easily).

Avoid room 11 as it had a rather noisy gym class below.It's a fairly functional place but fine if you just want a quick visit to Krakow or going to the airport.

The location was a plus. The way the hotels restaraunt was decorated for Halloween was nice.

A hotel to avoid!On arriving, after the allotted arrival time the room was not ready, this should have rang the alarm bells, but it was only the beginning.On arriving upstairs into the corridor which all the rooms lead off, the smell of sweet, sickly disinfectant was evident - ok, this is the corridor. Lo and behold, opening the room door, the smell was what can only be described as the disinfectant smell of a public toilet - it was horrible! In-fact the on suite bathroom did not smell whatsoever, just the room. Off we tootled to the reception. The receptionist came to smell the room herself and by the look on her face she was horrified. Nothing could be done and we were promised that it would be resolved.Now, on arriving in the room, there were TWO large black hairs in the bed - neither of us has black hair. The TV remote buttons were ‘sticky’ or ‘tacky’.The inside corner of the wardrobe, looked like someone had pee’d inside it, large yellow/ brown stain half hidden by the broken wardrobe shelf which was on the floor and not acting as a shelf in the wardrobe. The other side of the wardrobe, where the safe is located, was cracked and falling apart.Now, this was a double room, but only had one chair at the desk area. The chair had a nice brown stain on the cover which looked like a nudist had used it prior to our stay. There were greasy handprints on the walls, sparkling in the sun - the nudists must have been having sex - hands against the wall.It was late, so we removed the black hairs from the bed and went to sleep.On waking the repugnant odor was still there. After a shower in what was passable for just luke warm water (there is no hot water in this ‘hotel’) we went down for breakfast. One word of warning on the standard setting the Latte WILL overflow the cup.We visited reception and informed them.

Good bed, parking available free of charge.

It is a mediocre sports centre with some guest rooms not a hotel. One tiny jacuzzi, short swimming pool packed with kids taking swimming classes, a good gym though. The reception desk has no clue what a hotel is.

The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable. We really enjoyed the included spa area. Breakfast was versatile. Staff was friendly. All in all very good.

Not great if you wanna sleep in. The included sports facilities start blasting music at 6 am and only stop at 10pm so it was difficult getting a good sleep after 6am….

They've changed some things, they take a deposit for robes/towels for spa. The hotel also doesn't let you use the facilities after you've checked out on the same day.

The price contained several sporting facilities.The receptionist ladies were dressed very nicely and all of them was kind.The room was OK and cleaned every day.

The reception is closed before 8:00 AM, thereforeIt is not available to checkout earlier. The towel deposit for the swimming pool is too high (100PLN).

Sport facilities swimming pool and great kids zone, also good food in the restaurant. Breakfast was great as well.

Modern, new fresh rooms with aircon. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was good and convenient too. The gym was much better than a hotel gym as you would hope.

Public transport connections werent quite as good as hoped but bolt solved that.

Great place to stay with kids. Very delicious breakfast.The pool and kids slides are also very nice and free for hotel customers.Definitely we will come back there.Highly recommend

Only my preference but the mattress could be more hard/firm.

Loved the staff, welcoming, helpful & friendly. Loved the spa facilities and the opening hours of the spa facilities, being early to late! The on-site restaurant. The breakfast, plentiful, varied and high quality food. The more rural location, the nature walk, lake area. Would definitely recommend and would happily return.

The stairs, there was a lift/elevator but I still had to use stairs to access my room.

Very good breakfast. Fantastic beds and very helpful and friendly staff. They all spoke good English. All the sports facilities were free as a guest of the hotel, tennis courts (rackets and balls available free of charge), swimming pools, football fields, gym - perfect for a holiday stay with an active child (our 6-year-old didn't want to leave the hotel at all)! The restaurant had a very nice menu with plenty of food options (both Polish, European and Asian) and drinks (also for kids).

There was no fridge in the room. But wasn't a big issue.

Family friendly hotel. It was clean & everything worked. A matrass of the bed was soft.The staff was kind. I can say all the best about people who work in this hotel. During weekend stay, SPA wasn't crowded. Water was warm in swimming.

One minus that you need a swimming cap. The receptionist helped with that problem.

Strange rule #1:You can't take towel with you and leave it waitting next to the pool... Ok I kind of get it, but it is not the reason to yell at me infront of my son, it is not even reason to touch me! Strange rule #2:If you want to swim in the pool, you need to have bathing cap - I saw this rule for first time in my live so obviously I wasnt prepared.Because of that and the performance of the pool guy which I describe above, we didn't use the pool at all. Borrow the cap wasnt option for hygienic reasons.
