Great location. Located in the the best part of the city- Kazimierz- where you find the best food and bars.

A bit noisy since it is located next to train tunnel.

room was clean and contained everything necessary. breakfast king of standard. location fit me well, that is why I chose this hotel in the 1st place. Person at the reception was nice.

the bed was not very comfy for me. the pillow was too big also and I had to use extra blanket even with heating on at night. I did not pay attention that railway station was so close to the hotel.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We like the location and can walk to everything. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Our room was very spacious, but we were out most of the time! Breakfast was included which is good.

The breakfast bar area is quite small so it can be busy and some of the food runs out.

Location was great. Clean, easy, cheap enough.

I'd like a bar to watch sport in evening

Very good location and walking distance from the main square and Wawel hill. Nearer by are all the synagogues but also lovely eateries with Polish cuisine but also world kitchens. Don’t forget the little streetfood stalls in Kazimierz square!The property is very clean and staff very friendly and helpful.Plenty of choices at the breakfast buffet.

All was good but if pressured:It’s a bit mean to only provide a single duvet while having a double bed…. Yes I traveled solo but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t enjoy having a normal dble duvet on my dble bed.Also: with all the snow and wet boots it would be great to protect your light grey carpets by putting a doormat inside the room!

Very comfortable and feel welcome. Good breakfast and the restaurant for dinner was lovely especially pizza was great !! The Hotel is located in the center. We did a Great choice

You had to ask for towel everyday and the staff dont speak english language to communicate.

Very poor breakfast. One small toaster for a fully booked hotel was very inconvenient. Food was left out on counters without any covers! Not hygienic at all. The room wasn't kept that super clean.

We booked a room for three people it was very big, very cozy it had a kitchen which was very nice, a mini fridge and a small table with chairs which we loved. The bathroom was very spacious with a pretty pretty big shower. The hotel was also next to a zabga that came really in handy when we needed anything to drink or eat, it was also really really close to a tram station( about 1-2 minutes) which was perfect!!!

The hotel breakfast was just OK it was lacking variety. The only reason i would not recommend you to stay here was the cleanliness. We stayed for five days total and our sheets were not ones changed, how did we know? The first day we noticed a tear in our sheets and the same tear was there the rest of our stay and we told the reception that we needed a fresh change of sheets they ofc said OK and when we got back the tear was still there...

Location and parking available really close to the property

The carpet in the hall of our apartment was a bit smelly.

Really big room with comfortable beds and huge sofa bed. Shower facilities with shampoo and body wash free tubes. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was various cheeses and hams, bread, hot dog sausages and scrambled egg, cereals, apples, Russian and Greek salad, boiled eggs, doughnuts, coffee with latte, cappuccino options, teas. The room has a fridge and water with tea, coffee options. Christmas markets are a 12 min walk down the road with lots of great bars and cafes. Hotel has 2 local shops adjacent open till 11pm ne

The room was great! Bed was comfy. Good breakfast included. Ideal location.

Slightly noisy due to trains of window was left open but no issues
