Very clean very good food in the morning and very close to the train station and to the buses perfect to get around everywhere in main square

The curtains didn't block the sun so it was hard to sleep in the morning. Housekeeping started to clean and vacuum the adjacent room at 8:00 and there's no noise cancellation from the outside.The heating didn't work so I borrowed an oven from reception. There was no "do not disturb" note to hang from the door.In addition, I found the amenities pretty poor.

Great hotel, in a fab location. A stones throw from Estery and Plac Nowy so you can visit fab bars like Singer and Alchemia. And enjoy some gorgeous little restaurants and cafes. Very comfortable beds, and a really good shower.

Leaving

The room was very clean and comfy, nice big windows to a quiet street so you can have them open if you wish. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast were lovely but some of the young ladies at reception were not as much and seemed to spend the whole time outside smoking and chatting plus they were quite rude. The breakfast was plentiful and nice, lots of choices every day.

If you want a hotel in the Jewish quarter you couldnt do better. Room was fine and web connection good and easy. The staff were really helpful and pleasant.. Didnt have breakfast so cant comment.

Great value for money in a fine location in the Jewish quarter. Easy to find free parking on the street, and most attractions are walkable.The room was quite old fashioned, not the greatest facility but good enough for us.

Excellent hotel, nice, cosy and very clean. Great breakfast as well. Situated in the Jewish Qtr which is a great area, 15 min walk to Old town. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great place.

Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Hotel was very central, only around 15 minutes walk to the old town.The staff were friendly, hotel room was spacious and very clean with a lovely warm shower. Excellent value for money, we would stay again if we return to Krakow.

Nothing not to like

Perfect location, everything is so close and you can go everywhere on foot. Very clean amd spacious room. Breakfast with many options. Great temperature inside, really warm.

We would prefer a double bed but it was not possible so we had two single beds.

The breakfast delicious, the staff was really friendly and the location was pretty good.

The location is ideal for touring around Krakow. The hotel is basic but the buffet breakfast is top class. The hotel was lovely and warm to relax from the cold cold Krakow weather.

Noise from outside the room on the third night like a fan or AC unit that kept ramping up and down (not ours). One or two English TV channels would be great to relax when staying warm from the Krakow cold weather.

Every day breakfast was cold (scramble eggs, sausages, bacon) but bread, rolls, cakes were delicious and fresh. I asked for packed away lunch to be without cheese - I had cheese sandwich.

Excellent location, staff really helpful, room spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, much more than we expected for the price we paid, we would definitely return.

Very well positioned in the Jewish quarter, within walking distance from the old city centre, we only moved on foot. Lots of supermarkets nearby.The room was spacious enough, and well-lightened. Nice breakfast is offered, mostly savoury items.
