Metropolitan Boutique Hotel

The overall look is fantastic! It is simple and so tastefully and elegantly decorated but not too formal. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are large. The restaurant is wonderful! This hotel made me feel so calm and relaxed, just what I needed!

There is no shampoo provided and no washcloths, but Thesethings are very minor.

Superb staff nothing was to much trouble. The location is so close 5 mins to the Jewish Quarter for great food and only a 15 min walk to the centre.the bar and restuarant is good the buffet breakfast was also good value.

The TV only had BBC world news would have been good to have had extra English speaking channels.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Every single member of staff were friendly and helpful

Air conditioning could have been a little cooler

The room was lovely, quiet and spacious with high ceilings. Very good breakfast buffet and lovely staff.

Beautiful, very clean, comfy beds and well maintained. Exceptional customer service.

Nothing, it really was perfect!

The price was very good value for the quality of the accommodation; it was 15 min walk from the Old Town and less than 10 mins from the Jewish Quarter.Received a complimentary upgrade which was a nice touch. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Check was easy, staff very friendly and helpful, room was lovely, warm and spotlessly clean, lovely addition of a water fountain on each floor so you can fill up your water bottle, bathroom had underfloor heating. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, you could order omelettes, and the rest of the choice was fresh and excellent.Overall an excellent stay in a great location would highly recommend and we would stay again

Great Location, beside the train station. Breakfast was really good. Excellent restaurant .Staff very helpful and friendly.

Internet bit slow.

Very spacious rooms, lovely and clean staff good

everything

Very central, lovely staff and very clean.

Great location for exploring. Nice breakfast, room was great. Staff very helpful.

The hotel is a beautiful building located only a 10 to 15 walk away from the old town, there is also a massive supermarket right across the road (its similar to a Lidl) and next door is the Banksy Museum. We also did a big tour with get your guide and the pickup bus stop was located only a 4 min walk away from the hotel so that was also super handy.Besides the great location, the staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean and spacious. We also loved that the duvets were feather as they kept us warm and every room had a glass bottle you could use to refill fresh ice cold water with on your floor using a machine.

The ONLY improvement I could mention would be for the bathroom hairdryer as it kept turning off every minute and wouldn’t turn back on straight away (I assume as it was overheating very quickly)

Clean, friendly great location. Only stayed 1 night but will be back 1

We liked everything about this place. Staff, cleanliness, service, atmosphere, restaurant food and breakfast. Location also really convenient for getting around Krakow. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was great .. clean big and the bed big and very comfortable

Located very centrally, comfortable and very helpful and nice staff.

About a 20 minute walk from the old town but perfectly safe.Very close to one of the stations.A lovely hotel, great rooms and attentive staff.Overall were very pleased we booked here.

Everything was good.

Very nice hotel. Lovely decor. Comfortable and welcoming

Location not as central as we thought
