PURO Kraków Stare Miasto

It's among the best hotels we've ever checked into thanks to its excellent location and warm, helpful staff. Complimentary coffee is served in the lobby, and the staff kindly told us about a free two-hour guided tour of the Old Town.

Great location close to the main train station and within easy walking distance of the Old Town. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of high-quality options. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night

Nothing significant

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff; super breakfast and stylish rooms.

Location location location! Clean! Brilliant sleep! Clean! Staff was super helpful. Unlimited tea/coffee/hot chocolate for guests at the lobby. Will defo go back and stay again. Don’t often write reviews unless they deserve it and this one gets my vote.

If I had to think of something, rooms aren’t big but that didn’t bother us as it was super cosy.

Great location of the hotel. The room was pleasant, the breakfast very good, but not enough space for dining, so we waited for seats to become available.

The bar staff were very lax, I had to lose my drink every time. Saying hello was also a problem, even after our loud greeting. Reception staff could be more friendly.

Everything wonderful: location, staff availability and sympathy, conditions, cleanliness. Absolutely perfect. The best place I’ve been in a while…

Very nice hotel. Very close to the train station. Free coffee machine use ! I took full advantage of it. Smart control of lighting. Smart registration where I don't have to write anything by hand. Comfortable bed and everything.

Breakfast price tag is quite high but coffee machine use is free in the hall.

Breakfast was good. Location is perfect. Around 10 minutes walking from the center. Rooms were clean and modern.

Staff looked like they hated their life.

Location, breakfast

It’s a bit smaller than other Puro hotels, but it’s still cuteThey didn’t have any 14 February theme decorations, etc.

Location was brilliant near train station shopping centre and the famous square. Value for money. Rooms were good beds too. Staff helpful.

Location was excellent across from train station and large shopping centre. Rooms were compact. Beds very comfy. Breakfast selection was good. Staff helpful and friendly.

Excellent location . Right in the old town and just across the street from a fabulous shopping mall . Galleria Krakowska . Very safe location.

Very soft pillows in the room . You can ask for firmer pillows which we got , no problem. This is not a complaint though .

Very good

Checking in online only having to check in again on arrival. Submitted card details but was not able to charge dinner and drinks to room .

Location is perfect. Less than 10 mn walk to the central station and 15mn walk to the city center. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We loved the avocado toast. The rooms were clean, quiet and the beds very comfortable.

The temperature of the shower would have needed some more degrees. Especially when you come back from a long day outside in the cold you could enjoy a very hot shower. The light in the bathroom/toilet gets on via a sensor however it can be disturbing for the other one sleeping and can wake them up.

Great location and friendly staff

Can hear people in the hallway and outdoor traffic
