Pros +
- Breakfast was amazing. It was included in the stay. Great heat. I slept every night with boxers just the way I like it. There is a resturanat downstairs and I ordered periogies. I got some really good rest here! I am coming back in the summer time.
- Easily accessible with public transportation, super nice and helpful staff and delicious breakfast :) And the coffee was excellent! Thank you :)
- Really friedly staff. Have place for kids to play.
Cons -
- The carpet could use a deep clean.
- They did’t have baby crib.
- Room smells old, wet and moldy (due to carpet floor I assume). We woke up to our neighbour shaving in the bathroom (walls made out of paper). Charges extra for parking. Room too small for two people, almost impossible with two pieces of luggage to arrange yourself. Bathroom door has large gap, so you can hear and smell anything happening in the bathroom. Receptionist didn't make us feel welcome in any way and was visibly annoyed by her job.

Very clean, quite place. They have wonderful pierogi and apple pie.
Hotel was clean, breakfast tasty, good value for money. Good connection with Krakow city centre
Center easily accessible via tram from nearby stop. Clean bathroom.

Everything was great. Ideal for family with kids, we had a 2 room apartment. There is children play corner in the foyer. We were especially happy about the kindness and efforts of the reception, when several days after checkout we noticed that we have forgotten a kids toy in the hotel. It was found and the reception found another guests from our city who brought us the toy back. We will be happy to choose this hotel if we visit Krakow again.
Friendly staff, cool parking.
There were dark spots on the floor in our room. In general room was well-cleaned, but those spots were definitely red flag for me. Also I’d recommend to place an anti-mosquito net for windows, as we turned on light in the room-very quickly there were lots of flies and bugs.
Location close to tram, closed private parking, clean rooms. Overall I would recommend this hotel and will probably come back again.
We stayed there on one of the hottest day in summer and our room did not have air conditioning, also our room was oriented on the street side and it was very noisy.
So clean, comfortable and good location. Very good food.
0 I liked everything
I liked this hotel as it is quite, comfortable enough and has this "church like" atmosphere. It is quite, helps you to "stay with yourself" or pray.... last but not least it also serves a reasonable, traditionally Polish and very good food
I liked all
Very good breakfast and restaurant available at the same place. Parking on premisees
Kind staff. Convenient parking. Good breakfast.
Very cozy hotel. The rooms are large, a large selection of dishes for breakfast, a wonderful park with a small fountain, polite staff. The hotel also has a restaurant, which is very convenient since the hotel is not located in the city center. There is a farmer's market 500 meters away, on Saturdays there is a rich selection of pastries, berries, vegetables, cheeses and meat products
Very cozy but basic hotel. A bit pricey in my opinion
the room was really small but it was comfortable, the breakfast was nice!
The breakfast was fine. They do not tell you but you might want to know you are in a catholic shrine and monastery. There is an exhibition on the first floor about a cardinal from that convent. Great if you want to support catholic church. No so great if you think they have stolen enough over the last 2000 years.
There was a procession outside my window one day.
Secure parking for a motorcycle. Good location with tram to Krakow centre close by.
Big bathroom. Garden view. Elevator.Hotel is close enough to center, 5 mins to tramwaj.
In hotel is NO Internet. WiFi is free and it is exceptional weak and useless.Strange electrical sockets and switchers disposition.
This is an interesting hotel . It was previously the home of a Catholic Church institution . There is a lot of religious paintings and artefacts .It seems that the Bishop who lived there had a close connection with Pope John Paul II. Decoratively it is a little understated with high standards . The hotel is very well run . It is spotless . Everything is maintained to a very good standard . It is a very peaceful place and there is a restful calm atmosphere in the hotel . Hardly no street noise . The room I had looked out to a large green area to the rear . There is a short walk to a tram stop with excellent connections to the city centre . The breakfast was very good . I did not try the restaurant but the menu looked good and I recall reports that the restaurant is good .
A small thing. There was no information in the room to tell you the number to dial to reach reception . It is 0100 in case you ned to know .
The arrangement of the hotel is very nice, the breakfast is really good. Location is nearby tram station and has also good parking spot. Rooms are warm and cozy and the corridors are very nicely decorated.
There are rooms only with twin beds, no double bed, so we had to move the beds together and under the beds is really dirty (of course, if you don't move the beds you won't feel that).
