Pros +
- Nice position, near Old Town. Has the tram station at a few meters and the train station not too far from the hotel. It's a nice stay if you choose to spend some time in Krakow. Our room had a pleasent view, the snowy vibe helped.
- Location was great and the staff were helpful.
- Great position and breakfast
Cons -
- The reception staff could not care less about customers. They do not even say hello if not asked. It's not about a cultural thing, when you actively work with customers.
- We couldn't fault it.... if we had to be picky the room was a little small and we had noisy neighbours.(not hotel fault)
- Our room was on the first floor facing the Main Street. It was very cold, windows insulation was not great and without hearing plugs, we would have been woken up at 5am. Room not ideal for family with kids.

Free Breakfast with varieties of choices. Excellent Staff and Fast Check In with Free Luggage Deposit. Clean Room with welcoming hot and cold beverages perfect for us.
Nothing. Everything is perfect.
The location of this hotel is excellent as it is very central and the tram stops a few paces away, so it's very convenient to travel around the city. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and have all amenities. The breakfast is good and abundant. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help you.
The breakfast area is quite restricted as it is relatively small.
Only 10 minutes walk to the square. Lovely room with a balcony ideal to sit and have a coffee in the morning! Garden view. Such a bonus that the hotel has a lovely coffee shop which also sold pastries etc.
The must for this period of the year is the location and we we're really happy to be with a short walking distance from each restaurant we booked and the Xmas market, which nobody from our group got saturated even after 7 days.As this was the main purpose of our stay, it was absolutely perfect. The reception opened 24/7 with always someone happy to help is truly appreciated.Adding to all these, a super breakfast, served up to 11 am daily. What else
We discovered too late that residing at Yarden, we were able to go to the bar from another hotel next to it, from the same group... If we've known it from the start, we might have enjoyed it.But this is really a detail
Very good breakfast. Coffee facilities in the room. Nice yard on the back adjacent to breakfast area. Very close to tram substation and not far from Krakow centre
One of the receptionists could at least smile a bit, makes a lot of difference and makes you feel welcome. Rest was ok
Location and breakfast
Too tiny rooms and a real lazy elevator
The breakfast, location and sparkling water...
Location and really apprestiate that they had water purifiers to refill water bottles. Also 24h check-in is great
The rooms may need an update. Shower was small and hairdryer was not reliable.
The location was perfect - about 15 minutes from the train station and a similar distance from the main square. There’s also a tram stop right next to the building. The street itself is quiet, with several nice cafés nearby. The hotel is situated in an old townhouse, well maintained and charming. There are water dispensers available in the hallways, which was a thoughtful touch.
Our experience in the so-called “premium room” was ruined by a very loud elevator. The room was adjacent to the elevator shaft, and we could hear every single ride. This was especially bothersome when we were trying to sleep - the noise was disturbing late in the evening and woke us up early in the morning. A room like this should be offered as a budget option, not marketed as premium.
The hotel is situated in a very central part of Krakow. Very close to the city square and very close to all the shops. In front of the hotel there's a tram stop which is very convenient to travel around the city. The rooms of the hotel are very comfortable and equipped with essential amenities like a kettle, hairdryer, iron and very good showers cubicles with warm water. The breakfast is abundant and offers a variety of food. I must not forget to praise the staff especially the reception people which are very helpful in all ways. We needed to book transportation from the hotel to the airport which they took the responsibility to do so. Plus that they were very helpful whenever we needed to ask something. I highly recommend this hotel to whoever is going to visit Krakow.
As a suggestion, I would include a mini fridge in the rooms
Our room was nice. The beds were very comfy.
The pillows were extremely lumpy and not very comfy. We had to keep asking for coffee and tea as very little were put in our room when it was cleaned. The Hotel breakfast was very basic and was not worth the money. Very disappointed.
Great location, super clean, nice breakfast.
Bed. They were small.
The location of this hotel is perfect. Just outside of Rynek and all the chaos that comes with it, but close enough to get there on foot in minutes. Also a short to and from the main railway station and mall/gallery attached to it. My room had a nice little balcony with a view of the hotel's garden, both of which would've been really nice had it not been late November, and snowing. The room was small but cozy, but a smart use of space — closet chest + hooks on the wall for jackets, space for luggage etc. I also like that there was a choice to pay extra to have breakfast included each morning, something I chose to opt out of. All in all, this hotel is perfect for a single person or couple who travels to see the city, not sit in a room.
My only complaint is that I was surprised to find there was no refrigerator in my room. It may have been listed that way and I just missed it in the room description. In my case, this wasn't an issue. Since it was cold, I made use of the balcony and stored beverages outside.
Location was excellent for a quick walk in to the city centre. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent
It was a little noisy at night but ear plugs were provided
Location perfect for visiting Krakow.... Hotel breakfast was excellent.
Everything was as good as we could have wanted. We had a Garden View room away from the street, so Tram noise was not noted. Unsure if this would be the case if you are located on street side.
