The staff were so friendly and willing to help with what we needed. They answered any questions we had, scheduled us a taxi, and helped with some tours in the area. Very pleased.

I only wished they had the European championship on, but they said they did not have it.

They do not clean the room's next day And also take deposits from your card If you break something which is ridiculous when you open something it could break and it's on or the shower could break this is ridiculous

Staff very nice and helpful.

Renovations all day caused a lot 8f noise. Hospital close by also means Ambulance sirens can be heard all night. This hotel was not good for sleeping.

Very disappointing communication. I contacted the property immediately after booking to correct the number of guests (two rooms for four people instead of two). At the time of booking and a few days after, the price shown for two rooms was the same whether I selected two or four guests, but the hotel refused to update the reservation unless I agreed to pay additional charges on arrival. No flexibility or willingness to assist, despite the immediate request. Unfortunately, not a good customer experience.

The room looked great and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good and various. The hotel looks great. The reception girls were also nice and helpful!

The room was a bit chilly, even though the heat was on max. Probably because the heater is a bit too small for the room.

The room was really good sized and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay especially since it snowed and it was very easy to come and go out of the hotel via the tram. It's only a 5 min ride to the center. Also, I was surprised to find that at the reception there is always available coffee for those staying at the hotel which was super plus for me.

Nothing negative to say as the staff was always friendly with us and found the room always clean.

First off all, staff was amazing and really helpful. Room even if it wasn’t very big, it was pretty spacious. Beds were really comfortable and we had a big tv. Everything was really clean. Location is really close to the city center, old town, around 10 minute walk to Galeria Krakowska. Even if check out it originally at 11am, we were told we can stay until 12pm (for free), and we paid for late check out, which was only 30 zlots (~7e) for an hour. Since we had a late bus, we were able to leave the luggage at the hotel safely under the lock, and we were able to sit in the lobby, get water and use the restroom while waiting for the bus.

Since the Air conditioning isn’t working from October to May, the heating is only possible with the radiator, which would be okay if it didn’t take whole day and night to actually get warm. Maybe if you asked them if they can turn on the heating before you arrive would be better. Also, the breakfast was okayish, but you need to go earlier, because when we arrived an hour before the breakfast was over, there weren’t almost any food left, not even bread, and around 15 minutes later while people were still there, they started cleaning up and removing everything. And the sound isolation isn’t very good, we could hear guests next door, they even woke us up from being too loud.

the location is good, public transportation is under the hotel. great staff, very helpfull. we had a great time.

Location fit my purpose of stay. Hotel was a 15-20 min walk to the main square. Bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was alright given the size of the hotel. Having a small bar on site is a plus.

Booked a double but received two singles. Didn't complain because it was a room at the end of the hall, so thought there would be extra privacy, but turned out that was not the case. The walls are so thin, you can hear neighbours talking and making noises in the bathroom. Shower leaked all over the floor with the flimsy door. Room was a bit cramped – there wasn't anywhere convenient to put luggage.
