They had a fan! great location. No parking, have a plan

Parking would have been good with extra pillows.

We loved the location and the room was really spacious and with great light.

We liked everything, it could have helped to have sopa and conditioner since it is now difficult having to travel super light.One extra face towel would have helped, we only had one to share.

We were delighted with everything , far exceeded our expectations. Excellent location near the square and ideally located in the Old Town . Lovely spacious room , spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfortable. The owners / staff we very friendly and really helpful. Would absolutely recommend

Everything was really good but if I had to make a suggestion, I would suggest installing a sensor light on the first stairwell up to the hotel as it gets dark at night.

Location is fantastic. Right in the city center. Fast and straight forward check-in. Decent stay for 2 nights.

The gentleman checking us into our room was so kind, friendly, and informative. I enjoy meeting people who are happy in life and this man passed his happiness on to me!I like that there was a good fan in the room.

I forgot a personal item and emailed them about it but I haven't received a response. The item isn't important but as I'll be returning at the end of my multi country trip I hoped to stop by and pick it up if it wasn't thrown out (it was my reusable water bottle).

Excellent room in an incredible location. Spotlessly clean. Staff could have been friendlier.

The receptionist seemed almost disgusted by the fact that we have arrived an hour sooner than the alloted check in time. Not a nice way to welcome a paying guest. Shame because everything else was perfect.

The location was amazing! Very close to the park that surrounds the city. Also close to restaurants, churches, coffee shops, the post office and the bus/trolley system. Would definitely stay there again. The room was basic, very clean, and safe for travelers that are not familiar with Poland. The manager was very friendly; he let us in and saw us out when we left. He was friendly and informative.

The only thing that could be better...larger pillows would be nice, but everything else was perfect.

Near to the square.

No air conditioning, so needed the window open at night and the street of a nighttime- midnight - 4am is very noisy due to hen and stag celebrations coming out drunk from clubs and bars.

Spotless, great big comfortable bed, shower was very powerful and hot which was great after long days outside. Very welcoming hosts too who was very informative. Apartment is in a great location and for my first solo holiday I was really glad I stayed where I did.

Maybe an email with instructions on how to enter the apartment when you arrive would be good. The gentleman working in the shop downstairs was very helpful though.

In an excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the Market Square. Clean room, with a fridge & comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

Only negative would be the coffee was a 3 in 1 sachet, so you're stuck if you don't take sugar or milk.

Felt unsafe

A phone number different from the one provided on Booking.com messaged me on WhatApp claiming to be from “the hotel in Krakow,” (did not mention the name of the hotel). The number repeatedly asked me what time I would be arriving despite me putting that information in the booking, messaging the hotel via Booking.dom to confirm the time, AND the hotel confirming receipt of my ETA. The WhatsApp number continued to message and call me several times. When I reported this suspicious behavior to the hotel and to Booking.com, I was ignored.

Good service, very central, very clean, tea and coffee in room. Room fixed every day in a nice way. Good bed.

A bit old and weary. Noisy fan in bath. TV not really working, or maybe I missed something in Polish.

It was comfortable and decent.

Only one bed was made when we arrived and I was asked if we need a set for the other one. The door to the bathroom kept opening. No air con. And lock system to the room and gate downstairs a bit old fashioned.

The size and quietness and cleanliness of the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent central location in the old town.

It was my second stay in the apartment. I was greeted with open arms and welcomed as long not seen friend. I felt there at home. Also, the location is brilliant, right in the centre of Krakow.

The location is nice and the accommodation is ok, check in was easy. There were a few bugs in my room - one which was crawling on the bed, which was quite gross. They may have come from outside - but hard to tell. The staff were not the most helpful, when I had to go home three days early due to a family emergency and wanted to transfer the room to a colleague whose hotel made a mistake with the booking, for one day of the remaining three, they were not at all accommodating and just insisted I check out and return the key - probably a good chance for them to earn some extra on an already paid booking.
