Hotel TERESITA

The hotel is old however every piece is still in good condition and super clean. Staff was also nice and they were waiting for us. Despite other comments, the breakfast has actually a self service coffee machine and it was alright. The price was very good.

Considering the price and that we only stopped for a night , everything was great, no complaints.

There is no room for a family of 5, we slept splitted in 2 differen rooms.

Amazing small hotel! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast.The staff was very kind.Free parking on the territory. You do not expect much from a two-star hotel usually, but Teresita is a gem!

Neither English nor Russian was spoken at the reception. Parking was on the street if you could find a spot... One of the electrical plugs in the room was dangerously open, the lamp on the bedside table was not working. Moving the curtains, they came off the hooks. Breakfast poor. The rooms echo (you can hear the baby in the next room, someone snoring). After breakfast (breakfast is until 09:00 am) we went to the room to rest/nap a bit, then the cleaners came to knock, have you gone yet (didn't speak English), a little later the repairman came knocking. There was no one at the reception when we left, we just left the key there. It's a shame we had a negative experience.

Super *clean*, excellent breakfast worthy of a four star, easy to get to off the main highway. Very friendly staff.

Location is good. the center can be reached quickly by public transport.Breakfast is fine.

Very close to Cracow and only few minutes’ drive away from Wieliczka Salt Mine. Good value for money and quiet environment.

The room was a bit on a small side and beds were a bit narrow and hard, but overall acceptable for the price.

The rooms are spacious with good ventilation. The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly.

It was pretty clean. I like that the taxi could get very close to the entrance.

I came to the hotel at 1 am. My flight was delayed) and was buzzing the doorbell for about 20 -25 minutes. The receptionist didn't hear me. Then I called them on their phone number, in roaming, and it was successfully. The lady didn't understand any English and got pretty mad that I didn't understand her polish. Also, i was charged for my 2 kg dog extra that I didn't expect. There is no any information about it on "hotel information"

The internet wasn't working and the front desk was really rude about it there was no ac and we couldn't open the windows because it stink like garbage and there wasn't a refrigerator either

We made stop in this hotel before visiting Salt Mine Velychka and for us it was very good variant. Free parking, clean rooms and good breakfast. Very good price.

For that price it is good variant, the hotel needs renovation

Hotel is just a short drive from Wieliczka salt mine The rooms are small, but clean. Breakfast was included in the price. A good value for the money.

Hotel is a low budget, but we really didn't mind that it is a little old, it was very very clean, it has parking inside and for the price wr paid it was perfect. We would take it again.

Other that it is old hotel, nothing was bothering us. The food is okay, not so good, but neither was bad.
