Hive Family House

The location of the Hive House is fantastic. We were steps from the tram that took us everywhere we needed to go. We also walked to the stadium to catch a football game while we were there.

Great all around, extremely happy with our stay. Price was great, location, offered luggage storage, friendly staff, newer apartment.

So centrally located and exceptionally clean.Beautiful fresh, amazing breakfasts

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds, great location. Helpful staff.

No AC, no vegan option for breakfast.

The location is fantastic - I walked everywhere I wanted to visit from the hotel - and the room was gigantic! The hotel is on a busy street, but my room faced a courtyard, and was very quiet and peaceful. I slept very well!

There was never anyone staffing the reception desk, but they were pretty responsive to WhatsApp messages. There is no lift, so be prepared if you need to store your luggage: the storage room is down a set of stairs.

Rooms were clean, staff exceptionally helpful, very central location.

Room was good, beds were comfortable. Location was quite decent - in walking distance from downtown. Employee who greeted us was very kind.

It's next to street with quite intensive traffic. Our windows were facing street, so it was quite noisy - windows didn't have good sound isolation. Breakfast was decent, but wasn't enough to feel quite full - since you get fixed portion no matter how much food you need.

Lovely room, veröffentlicht cosy, very clean! Really well done. Bed is comfortable. Easy to get to the main square, we took the tram. Very close to restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Room and location were ideal for our short break. Very clean. Efficient staff, everything was really well run.

We were travelling as a family. The hotel is very cozy and very close to Krakow Old City. The staff was very kind, polite and helpful, they even left a champagne in the room for New Year's Eve. The room was clean and warm. We had breakfast at the hotel only once, but it was very nice.

Easy late check in, very modern/stylish, small but very comfortable room

Staff great. Good communication. Clean. Great location - close to public transportation and easy walk or transportation to Old Town.

Loved the hotel, clean and cozy rooms, good location, friendly staff, tasty breakfast! They even gave us a champagne for new year's.

Nothing!

A lovely stay, beautiful, clean hotel. Communication was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would return and recommend.

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Good communication. Nice breakfast.

We had a bed that could only be entered on one side so one of us had to climb out of it. Had to delay breakfast because too many people turned up at the same time despite us booking a time in advance.

Excellent location, great rooms, all basic facilities, very polite and helpful host.

Very clean ,good breakfast

Noisy main road ,room on ground floor with windows facing busy road

I liked the location on the edge of old town - a walk-able distance towards main square and Wawel castle. The navigation was very easy. The room was clean and cozy, kids liked bed on top of bathroom, where they could have their own private nest.

Parking was difficult to find and just a backyard without pavement - but thanks God it was provided, I don't know where we would have been parked otherwise. There is no kitchenette within the apartment.

Very good location, the staff is really lovely and helpful. I would definitely book another stay here.

The ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working and the shower drain wasn't working properly. These are minor issues and seeing how dedicated the staff are, probably won't be a problem in the future :)

Good location, clean room, simple but good breakfast. They also have parking which is abt 100meters from the hotel (we paid additional 40 pln)

Our room was on the 1st floor, windows facing the street and did not have a/c. So we had to open windows for some fresh air and to cool down our room. But because of a very busy street it was impossible to sleep because of all the noise from outside
