- Excellent location. Clean and a practical property, a standard accor group hotel.
Cons -
- breakfast needs to be improved ..dishes & cups need good cleaning
- Booked a premium room with tea coffee making facilities was getting up at 2 am in the morning to catch the train, asked the night before for some more tea coffee and sugar and was told the rooms don’t have coffee and tea making facilities or kettles, we explained we have got one in our room which is a premium room but we were still told no, you have to buy it to yourself by the person on reception as well as the housekeeping staff that was standing by reception when we asked.
- For the money the facility is not upto the mark. Atleast provide water , slippers and press in the room if not anything else.

Location
For the money the facility is not upto the mark. Atleast provide water , slippers and press in the room if not anything else.
The room has everything you need, quiet and warm, and the space is used really well. Comfortable bed with soft pillows. I also liked that the lobby had a spot where you could work on your laptop, which was very handy.
Comfortable beds and pillows. Basic rooms but clean and comfortable.Nice hot shower with soap. Location is great for train stations and shopping centre just 2 minutes walk. Old Town is 10 minutes walk and Pawia kiss and ride bus stop for all the tour pick up is 6 minutes walk.
No kettle in the room but water dispenser on the corridor with hot water was enough for cup of tea.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes. The fresh fruits were excellent, and the selection of coffees made each morning especially enjoyable. The hotel’s location was excellent, within a very pleasant walking distance to the Old Town. Just nearby, there is a large shopping mall called Galeria Krakowska, where you can find almost everything you need and enjoy it as an alternative for dinner in the evenings. The train station is also right there, making transportation to anywhere extremely easy and convenient.
The breakfast was very good overall; however, having beef-based cold cuts or sausages instead of pork would be a great improvement for guests looking for halal options.I’m not sure if it is mentioned in the hotel information, but having slippers would be very helpful (so it’s better to bring your own
The location is great, just a short walk to Krakow central railway station and the old town. The bed was comfortable enough, although the pillows could be better. The room temperature and ventilation was great,
Was very disappointed that the hair dryer didn't work, and also disappointed that I couldn't make a cup of tea because the kettle in the room didn't work.
The main advantage is the excellent location right next to the train station - super convenient if you are traveling and need a short rest between trains
However, the hotel itself is quite basic and outdated. No slippers were provided, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the toilet kept leaking due to old flush buttons.Good for a very short stay because of the location, but overall I wouldn’t recommend it
Very clean comfortable beds, free water excellent location for old town and central station
Close to train station || Reasonable facility for the price and location
Not feeling too clean with some dirty spots in toilette || No place for taxi to stop in front of the hotel and I had to meet him in the next block carrying my luggage in icy conditions (-5 degrees)
Close to the main Square and Galería Krakowska. Clean. Comfy beds. Very good breakfast
Paid parking
Perfect location for us—right by the train station, but surprisingly quiet.
Don’t expect three-star comfort—the sign at the entrance says one star for a reason. The triple room was tiny: just one chair, no table, and nowhere to put luggage for three people. Better for a quick overnight than a longer stay.
Disappointing
In the check-in They tried to charge me more than the price I had booked with Booking.com.The cleanliness of the room was not what I expected.
The location. Close to the train station.
The room was basic with a very small TV.The beds were not particularly comfortable.
Great location and suitable for our 1 night stay
Room was very hot
Warm, but not too warm, room. While the bathroom is small, the shower has excellent power. Simple but good quality breakfast each morning; I especially like the coffee! Close to the train and bus station. While the location may not be as 'central' as most other hotels, there are two tram lines and several bus stops beside the hotel - and to walk it's only 5 or 10 extra minutes to the heart of the Old Town.
It would be great to have easier access to tea and coffee during the day. There is an onsite restaurant, but that is a bit extreme when just wanting a cup of tea to take to the room. Fortunately there are three Zabkas within a stones throw of the hotel.
Good location, normal breakfast, water for free on each floor
Room was clean. small but neat. SHower was ok, and the location is superb, a very easy walk from train station. However it is not smack in centre that is a 10/15 minute walk to the main square
Nothing was bad,
Location, friendly staff
Not even a mini fridge in the rooms
