Far from the city center but very near a metro station. Easy to find and check-in. The place was really warm, funny art on the walls. Our room was clean, the beds were cozy, comfy blankets. We been provided towels, closets, and clothes hangers. Lovely place, would love to come back.

Breakfast was not included in our reservation. the location was good with private parking area. very good heating system in the rooms.

there was a smell inside the room. there were no towels and we had to ask for them. the noise insulation was not good. during the night a lot of noise from the surrounding rooms.

Great if you want to visit the nearby lake, but quite far from the city center. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was great.

It would have been helpful if it was made clearer that a private room is actually a bunk-bed room reserved for your own use.

Quiet and modern apartments with private toilet and shower. We slept well. Perfect location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

There wasn't any table. Also, the shower was planned badly - the water was all over the floor after use.

Chemical smell , satanic wallpaper, loud noise from groups

strong chemical smell of the new furnishing and wardrobe, had headache after 2 nights stay . Also, wallpaper is very inappropriate , very much satanic wallpaper , that’s not all, group of teen kids downstairs making huge noise

It was a fast check in.

Our windows in the inner yard were where buses were parking. In the morning they started their engines, and it was loud with the smell of exhaust gases.

THEY OVERBOOKED THE HOSTEL!I booked a room for 3 people for 2 nights about 5 days before arriving. Once I got to the hostel I was informed they do not have any rooms available as they have overbooked the hostel.They refused to issue a refund and instead put us into a hotel nearby for the first night, and then forced us to move back to their hostel for the second night. We had nowhere to stay between the check-out time for the first night and check-in time for the second night.Disorganized and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and book something else.

The room was very tidy and the lockers more than adequately sized for a travel bag. The beds were comfy and the curtains essentially black out which was great. Common areas were large and comfortable and the staff were great. Washing and driers worked great.

I had the room to myself during my stay which isn’t a huge negative but as a solo traveler not always ideal. There is no sink in the common area for refilling water other than in the toilets. The lockers did not lock.

Affordable,clean and good amenities. Suitable for quick sleep over and with kids.

Close to Zakrzówek Park and trams to the old part of Cracow. Reasonable price.

Photos of breakfasts do not reflect the real choice. I expected more and things of better quality than those that were served.

Tram stop is just 3 minutes walk.Kaufland is just next to the tram stop.Airport is 30 mins away.Cheap and best onsite parking when compared to Public Parking Lot & Parking Garage per day price.

It was very clean. The air conditioner worked well. The girl at the front desk was very helpful in booking me a tour of the salt mines.

Service was slow. My shower was broken. It took one phone call to front desk and two trips to the lobby to get someone to fix it, despite that I was told each time that someone was coming. It didn’t end up getting fixed until the evening of my third day. Breakfast was the same each morning and not worth 55 złoty per day.

Affordable prices, very clean rooms, nice lounge area, close to grocery store, close to gas station, comfortable bed and amenities.

Great value for money. The hostel is clean, conveniently located (close to the center), the breakfast was enough to last until lunch, and there is a large supermarket around the corner.

This is a perfect place to stay overnight on a bus trip with friends. We stayed for 5 nights and there were a few things that annoyed us.The air conditioning didn't work (air was neither fresh nor cold) and it was impossible to open the window wide. The room itself is quite small and if you sleep 4 people, the oxygen runs out quickly.If you have a window to the inner yard, you will hear buses coming and going half the night and early in the morning. If we could close the window, it wouldn't be a problem, but...Next to the reception is a bar and this is the first place on earth where they refused to bring me a clean ashtray, recommending that I take a full one from another table and clean it by myself.

I have stayed at easy one hotel last weekend and it was very bad. I have booked a single room and when I went there I was surprised that the single room was a hostel room but no one will stay in it with me. Then, in the room, the bed mattress was full of stains, hair, the pillow wasn’t clean, they had only small towel (so it was not possible to take a shower)Basically the only good thing was the 24 h reception.Overall, I do not recommend you to stay here

Booked and the "private" room was confirmed.The private room was in fact 2 bunkers that no one else was using, ie a 4 bed dorm. No tables, no chairs.Of the four beds, none were made, and three were still as the last occupants had left them. The remaining bed had no pillows as the previous users had taken them in an attempt to make their spaces comfortable.When I went to get under my duvet, upon lifting it I found numerous long hairs under it.. Zero cleaning, zero inspection.. just rent the room out with no attendance to cleanliness.There were old, dead bits of grass and flowers next to the window. There was what looked like dry fleks of blood or skin on one of the beds.The bin in the toilet had used paper towels in it.There was one washing towel for the four bed spaces, no idea if it was clean but I had to use it.The ONLY thing that was acceptable was the absolutely standard buffet breakfast.Can't recommend on any level.Dire.
