HOTEL TEATR

Very comfortable, clean, and convenient location. ALL of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The chef for breakfast was outstanding. The night clerk was kind, conscientious, and helpful.

Location was amazing! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to which was great for the Christmas Markets and sightseeing. Loved the room! It was so beautiful with the exposed brick and the bathroom was huge!

Location.service. great room with a great bathtub. Nice breakfast

Loved the rooms, location & ambiance. Staff was very helpful in suggestions and making reservations.

Absolutely nothing.

Old Krakow is beautiful and the hotel is right in the middle of it. Great staff great food

Super happy with my stay. The location is outstanding (inside the beautiful Krakow old town but on a quiet side street), the facilities are beautiful and new, the room was very clean, and the staff was nice and helpful. Will definitely come back.

Nothing, all great

Amazing location, only a few hundred meters or so from the centre of the old town, and not much further than that from the main train and bus station. The hotel's styling was great. The bed and bathroom were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Big rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff, great location- walking distance to the main attractions

I love this hotel so much that I stayed there twice. It’s a smaller size made it a more comfortable stay than some of the larger hotels around the corner. It’s on the last ring of the old town so it’s a nice escape from the tourism.

Everything was great.

It’s conveniently located between the main rail station and old town Krakow. The rooms are modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable. My favorite part of my stay was the phenomenal staff who were always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Everything was great!

Location

No shower (only tub) and very expensive breakfast

Really exceptional stay! The staff was so warm, welcoming, and helpful--their excellent service did not go unnoticed and it is visible that they truly cared about their guests. Each staff member was fantastic but Igor really left a lasting memory on us! He took the time to make sure we were welcomed and comfortable, had really great recommendations for food options and we regret not saying goodbye before departing! The room amenities were everything we could have wished for.

There was a minor issue with the air conditioning for one night but the staff immediately fixed it when we notified them of the issue. Again, we really felt welcomed by the staff and appreciated all that they did for us.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast ( excellent pancakes!),Beautiful & spacious rooms were very well equipped, and the toaletica materials were very good quality. Fantastic location, very close to the old city.Highly recommend ?

Wow we booked the apartment it was huge The location was way better than I expected easy walk from train terminal both ways Close to everything by walking or tram Location was quiet day and nite Staff was great and breakfast was best in our two weeks traveling made to order eggs or omelette plus all the typical items And expresso machine

Very well located, small hotel in a beautiful old building. Definitely worth four stars.

Sound proofing could be a bit better, but that is a common flaw of a lot of hotels I had stayed at.

Very nice hotel located in a quiet street. Perfect!!, everywhere clean. Service at the reception very friendly and nice - especially Karolina. Breakfast was very tasty, good selection.. I recommend.

The location was grea, close to everything (market, Rynek Główny and all atractions in the old city)in a walking distance. The room was great and had all what we need.

I liked everything

The room was huge! Great to have a Nespresso machine and all that you need

The curtain closed straight to the wall so it never shut 100% leaving a crack of light. But not a deal breaker

It’s design, comfy bed and location.

The staff, the decor, cleanliness, location and atmosphere. All were lovely. The staff, particularly, were very nice and welcoming and helpful.

It was quiet in the room for the most part, including in the evenings. But if two people were staying next door and talking loudly or laughing, it was audible. So, not completely soundproofed, but not bad.
