Hotel Betmanowska Main Square Residence Adults Only

Location and comfort of the bed.

The room was far too hot. You couldn't turn down the heating, only turn on the air conditioning-which seemed counter productive.

I had a lovely stay in Bethmanowska hotel ! 10/10 I will recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances and most definitely come back!

The only thing I struggled with was locating it with all the properties around haha but still I was very satisfied and everyone was very nice and happy to help :)

Location and staff were amazing. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

Leakage from hot tub in the room when we used it Dj in the main square with sub woofer until nearly midnight each night, fine at weekends but we stayed Mon - Thurs. we were advised noise curfew was 10am.

Absolutely amazing location and so clean, the view from our room was spectacular, breakfast was really good and the staff were so helpful and friendly 10/10 for us

The hotel was lovely, great rooms, very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast, Lovely friendly staff. And well positioned on the square.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Staff were friendly. Was obviously going through a refurbishment whilst we were there as the stairs were covered in plastic. Would like to see the finished product. Got a bottle of prosecco and some soft drinks that were complimentary. Was clean. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were not sound proof.

The location is great. Staff was very welcoming. Carolina on Respetion is so lovely and helpful. The breakfast was included in my booking and was very nice with lots of options. Also, in the evening, they had live music, which is such a nice touch. We had a double jacuzzi in our bedroom that was amazing

It's an old building, so there were water leaks in various parts of the hotel, and some things are a little dated that could so with refreshing. For example, carpets, cushions but overall it's still a lovely hotel.

The breakfast was amazing and it was in the perfect location. Close by to everything a tourist needs/wants!

There wasn’t enough counter space. It was a little cluttered but overall still very clean.

Fantastic location, right on the square. We were lucky enough to have a room facing the square, with big windows that opened out so you can revel in the atmosphere. The hotel also very kindly provided us with a bottle of prosecco in the room, and a couple of the delicious local fudge sweets that we liked so much we ended up spending a small fortune on some at the market to bring home!

We had a great stay. If I had to be pedantic I'd say that there weren't many options for hot food at breakfast. You can help yourself to the local soplica though so if you have enough of those you won't care about the breakfast :D

Location! Perfect for christmas holiday. We've got free champagne as a compliment. Perfect!

The view on to main square was good

Room 109 has rotten around the tap and we could smell the drains wasn't nice the main room had black blinds around the shower looked a mess and the room it self just needed some love and attention and wasn't a great size

Beautiful hotel in central square location. Fully equipped room with coffee machine, kettle and toiletries. Staff were amazing so polite professional and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Really appreciated the wine and little extra touches

We had a suite overlooking the main square during Christmas and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were so kind, polite, helpful and made the stay even better. I would strongly suggest not to look anywhere else and stay here.

Great location and amazing service from staff

The hotel was great. Excellent service, location and clean. Breakfast was perfect. They even offered for free in the room on a daily basis soft drinks, coffee and milk.

More lights needed in the room and would bw nice to have smoking rooms.

Junior Suite could do with an upgrade, looking slightly tired.

Location is perfect. It is close to everything. Breakfast is excellent and everything in your room is included, coffee, tea, fresh water, juices. No extra charges for that. Staff very friendly, helpful, and professional. We loved it!
