- The staff and location were amazing!
Cons -
- 1. There is a karaoke bar next to the hotel, and music is played until 3am. It means I couldn't sleep. 2. I couldn't see anything from my room window. The window was so high it's impossible to see through. 3. I was really disappointed.
- The gym is not really a gym, too small bit honestly I’m picking something.
- During breakfast, it often took quite a long time to get the attention of the waitstaff.

Ideal location
The staff and location were amazing!
Stunning hotel, absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed in, everything was perfect. The hotel is stunning and the location it’s absolutely brilliant. I could not fault this hotel but if I had to pick something negative to say it would be the size of the gym, but the place and staff are amazing. Thanks . I can honestly recommend this for a trip to Krakow.PS the pool area is just super after a long day walking around.
The gym is not really a gym, too small bit honestly I’m picking something.
Excellent facilities and a very nice room, very close to the old town.
Exceptional breakfast, spa, and great location. Our room was very nice.
During breakfast, it often took quite a long time to get the attention of the waitstaff.
Hotel was wonderful, however its right next to a nightclub and partying went on until 530am Thursday through until Sunday and the noise from the streets can be heard from the room.
The spa facilities were a fantastic way to start your day.
The location was perfect for first-time visitors to Krakow. Beautiful and clean property with friendly staff. Restaurant attached was great for a casual dinner one night. It was always nice to "come home to" after each day. There was so much to do right outside of the hotel - the walk to the square was short and even Wawel Castle was a good walk from the hotel through the square. We would definitely stay there again!
The bed was a bit uncomortable and the comforter too small for the bed size.
Lovely rooms , nice restaurant and terrace . Great location , thought of the small details - even provided umbrella in the room !
Spa lovely but a little small
Beautiful building with nicely designed rooms (quiet even though it’s located on a busy tourist promenade!), a great SPA area and very nice staff.
A decent hotel in a fantastic location.
You couldn't open the windows or adjust the room temperature,
Breakfast is sensational. So much choice. Staff so welcoming and friendly. We booked the king suite as was celebrating my 40th birthday. Exceeded expectation. Location is 10/10!!! Restaurant downstairs is fab!!! Pizzas are amazing. Eveything you need on your doorstep. Highly recommend.
I really enjoyed my stay at Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town. The spa is fantastic — very clean, and the pool is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is lovely. Also the location is unbeatable if you want to be in/near the old town. Overall a very nice stay with great spa facilities, but the billing issue and the initial handling of it mean I can’t rate it higher.
Unfortunately, there was a significant issue with billing. When paying by card, I was charged noticeably more in euros than expected due to extra fees applied during currency conversion, although I requested to be charged in PLN and the correct PLN amount appeared on the invoice. Initially, the front desk told me that the exchange rate applied was “beyond the hotel’s control,” which later turned out not to be accurate. Only after I followed up further was the overcharge acknowledged and refunded. The explanation I ultimately received from the front desk manager was that the extra amount (50€ in my case) was “ some kind of commission charged by the payment provider,” which the hotel now says it intends to remove in the future. I also became aware of at least one other guest during my stay who experienced a very similar overcharge, so this does not appear to be an isolated case.I would strongly advise future guests to check their card charges carefully and ensure they understand exactly how their payment is being processed before leaving the hotel.Breakfast was mediocre; the buffet items seemed a bit wilted. Ordering a la carte was better in quality, but service was slow, so not ideal if you’re in a hurry.
Location superb. Central. Close to train station - we left by train. The staff at the Registration Desk were always helpful, particularly because we were expecting a pickup of a package bound for Germany by FedEx. FedEx failed to help but your staff were wonderful and very helpful in reassuring us and the German company that the package was safely stored.
Hotel is on great location, but facility lacks hotel feeling, there is no lobby or hotel bar, the pizzza restsurant is just ok, and the rooms are nice but not great. Hard to see how this is a five stars experience. H15 palace is much more superior.

Couldn't have asked for a better location. The spa area was beautiful. The terrace lounge was our favorite place to relax and people watch. Rooms were comfortable and always clean.
We would have like to have received friendlier service from the front desk team. A few interactions had us feeling like we were bothering them by asking for a car or made their job more difficult requesting for laundry service. It's a college town, they hire younger people to work the front desk. Perhaps they don't know any better. Also, we are accustomed to having a card on file. Any charges accumulated during the stay would be paid for by that account. I was told it made more paperwork for them and they wanted everything paid separately. It's just not the level of service Wyndham Grand usually offers and is well known for.
Location, comfort, atmosphere, breakfast, rooms, hotel premises, personnel...many things to like :-)
- limited TV channels/options (no Netflix/prepaid) (needs SmartTV module)- small Wellness (only two saunas)- no facilities for children
Room was fabulous, clean with very comfortable bed. The bathroom had a beautiful bath and shower. My teenage daughter and I loved to spend some R&R time in the spa & pool area at the end of each day. Great experience from A to Z! **we didn't have breakfast at the hotel as there were so many lovely breakfast options very close to the hotel.
Exceptional location, great service .Amazing breakfast, unique pool and spa area..highly recommend
Location is fantastic! In the heart of Old Town very close (one block) to the Main Market Square. Hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants and fantastic pastry venues. Restaurants on hotel site. Short taxi drive to the train station. Room was comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend when visiting this beautiful town and country.
