Gorgeous hotel with stunning views. Walking distance from attractions (not close but not too far). Easy taxi ride. The staff were wonderful and the hotel is beautiful. Very relaxing get away. We got a massage in the room that was very relaxing.

The room has strange night lights that would not turn off. It drove me nuts. The staff said it is a common complaint and nobody can change it. The fridge was broken but we did not realize until afterwards. I am sure the staff could have fixed it. It was still a beautiful place. Nowhere is perfect. The broken fridge was unfortunate.

The hotel interier. Rooms were extra comfortable. Suitable for couples. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was nice and cooperative. location. The bus stop is just 2 minutes walk away.I couldn't got the chance to eat at hotel's restaurent. May be next time. There is a grossery shop on the same street. Very close to downtown.

Toilet and shower were saperate. Was quite challenging when you are along with friends?.

The hotel looks new and is pretty close to old town with a tram and bus station also nearby. Easy to access from the airport without having to switch buses. Good breakfast, comfy beds, friendly staff, nice location overall.

The bathroom's design is a bit unusual. The sink was next to our bed, the toilet and shower were in separate rooms with a window in-between.

Super comfortable and better than we expected,Lovely air conditioning kept us nice and cold in the hot weather and the bath was lovely and spacious, Will definitely be back when we’re in Kraków again

The shower head in the walk in was quite dirty and covered in limescale so we avoided the shower room

Value for money is good, we paid 70eur for the standard room and it was worth it, but don't expect a luxury experience, there is nothing luxury about this place except for the furniture and the style.

AC Can't be left on when you leave and when you come back to the room it seems like sauna. The hot water pressure of the shower was too low, we asked for it and a lady came to the room and told us it was normal, absolutely incredible and impossible to understand. We were not able to make a shower and it seem like they did not care or that was normal. Breakfast was really low end level for a 4 star hotel, there were no labels on the food so you will not know what you pick or if there are any allergens present. We booked a couple massage in the morning of our anniversary day asking for a male and a female to treat me and my wife, everything confirmed, in the end two womans showed up to our door, we refused to do it, contacted the reception and again, they apologised but seems like don't care about, they did not gave us a discount or something to apologise, just 'we are sorry'.Definitely not a 4 star service.

Breakfast was good and versatile.... but my husband asked couple time gluten free bread, no-one told him it wasn'n available... he bough own breads...

There were the extra strong smell of perfume... we were suprised because the hotel was otherwise wery clean and comfortable.

The bed and room was Aboustley fantastic. The few from are room was perfect as we could see wawel castle from it.

It would have been better if they used one big duvet for the bed instead of two sperate duvets. Also there was a lot of noise on the 5th floor on our final morning we were awoken with loud banging and noise of furniture being moved

Spending almost 6 weeks in total this year at Art Suites Luxury Hotel I can honestly say it was an incredible experience. The hotel's elegant design and attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. A huge thank you to Lukaz, Oliwia and the entire reception team - their warmth, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out. Whether it was handling requests with ease, offering great local recommendations (Tiramisu at the hotel restaurant), or simply greeting me with a friendly smile every day, they made my stay exceptional. The level of service here is unmatched, and I appreciate how effortlessly they made a long stay feel both comfortable and luxurious. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined and welcoming experience!

Could have had a gym but apart from that - excellent.

Hotel was great, very clean, beautiful decor, good size rooms. Breakfast was fab, good choice. Staff were excellent, very helpful with booking taxis & anything asked of them.

Tram noise, even though off the main road the tram noise was loud. Not the hotels fault. Only had one small square pillow for bed, requested extra, but never received it, said all rooms fully booked & no spare pillows! ?

Hotel was stunning, with gorgeous rooms and lobby. Location was also spot on as it was close to a Tram stop and an easy walk to Old Town.

There's nothing we didn't like, we'd happily return!

Brand new boutique hotel. My room was big and had a small kitchen area. Very clean and modern. Very friendly staff.

Although not central, it’s very easy to reach the old town by tram or even walk (about 20 min)

Absolutely beautiful hotel, we stayed in the part above the restaurant and it was very tastefully decorated. Room wasn’t massive, but it sufficed for our 3 night stay. Bed was very comfortable, but we did have to ask for extra pillows.

Only criticism was that the rooms over that side are quite dark, the only bit that was a real issue was that there was no lighting by the wardrobe area, so it was extremely dark. Could do with a light in wardrobe.

Stylish decoration and good rate per night. However, taxi to airport was 110 Zl booked via hotel while normally costs 50 zł!

- I was not informed about extra expensive taxi while booking - some facilities in the room did not work (window shadows, phone, hot water) - too intensive smell of hotel perfumes

Parking is not inclusive so you have to pay extra 20 Eur per day.

The staff are lovely great location few stops to the centre & old town highly recommend anyone to stay here

Beautiful rooms, good amenities, exceptionally clean. Excellent location, only 15-20 mins walk to the old town, 10 mins to the river. We enjoyed quiet nights in the extremely comfortable bed. Modern decor and plenty of lighting and mirrors which hotels often lack.

No decaf coffee in the room was disappointing! Also would have been great to have a few refreshments/snacks in the fridge, even if chargeable. As others have mentioned too, there are numerous lights (air con, phone, room status) that are constantly on in the night, which was quite annoying. There are also approx 15 light switches to control the room which can be confusing when you want to simply turn on one light!I was also quite surprised that having mentioned it was my husband’s 40th birthday, there was no acknowledgement of this from the staff - unusual for a 4* hotel when we have visited many similar properties around the world for many occasions and are usually offered congratulations or even a complimentary drink/sweets/upgrade, but not even a word!

Excellent staff, very cute and kind.

The hotel is fully eco-friendly and emphasizes it at every turn. However, to take a shower in water warmer than the bottled kind from a popular store with a frog in its logo, you first need to use more water than the „last generation” glued to your shower could shed in tears.
