Shower with a drain that didn?t work and was told it eas designed to complete flood the bathroom and into the hall and then the carpet.

Free breakfast - was really free and was delicious.

Your site lists it as free parking - but parking is not free, you have to pay. Please fix this.

Great room, big and comfortable, good mattress, fabulous breakfast and helpfull staff.

A bit far from tram station but not a problem even during night.

breakfast could be a bit longer.Kids corner is small and overcrowded. You need to pay a fee to go to the pool. Parking is also paid extra - so such costs add up quickly.

Room was spotless, breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. My child had fun in the playroom with other kids.

Disappointing experience.

Our stay at the hotel this year was disappointing. I received a direct message from Hilton confirming our reservation and informing me that I would receive 2,000 points, as we had booked two rooms. However, when I tried to address the matter at the reception desk, I was told they could not handle it and was referred to the Hilton Concierge — who, unfortunately, was unavailable both in the morning and in the evening.As for the hotel itself, it was completely overcrowded, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Guests had to wait up to 10 minutes for the elevator to the 4th floor, and breakfast was especially problematic due to the lack of space. The breakfast serving area is very small and does not match the hotel’s capacity.We will never return to this Hilton in Kraków.

room was spacious and very clean, all facilities available that you would expect in a hotel. Breakfast very really good with variety of food available.

Price of drinks in the bar were quite eye watering and parking while available was for extra charge

3 star hotel which is worth more, clean and quiet

Staff i.e mostly female staff were quite direct and unfriendly. I guess it was the cultural difference that I noticed but they could obviously improve as the hotel should be different than the street!The hotel did not provide any tourist guide or information like maps, booklets, magazines ect , neither at the desk nor in the rooms!

Hotel with plentiful parking capacity located in a very quiet area, Though away from the main city attractions, there is a very convenient public transport to get visitors there (stops within a 10 min. walking distance). Nice, well maintained hotel with very clean rooms and comfy beds. Generous breakfast really stood out when it comes to variety and quality

Reasonable price, breakfast included with lots of varieties to enjoy. Located in a very calm area . Around 12 zloty we paid for Uber to the old town. The room was very good. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was modern. Very clean. A small bottle of water you can enjoy with some coffee and tea. There is safe parking but it is an additional charge. I would strongly recommend it.

A little bit far away from the old town but still it takes around 12-13 minutes by Uber. Taxi on the other hand is around 40 zloty.

From all the perspectives the hotel is very good.

The the problem for me was the location far from the downtown. Also I think the hotel is "by design" for getting by car.Because even when I try to walk out and take along walk to whatever place, the area around the hotel and the way the walking side is organised near the hotel does not feel comfortable for walkers.But this is super quite place and probably better positioned to come/leave by car/taxi.

Good place good hospitality But such a good and big hotel parking on there yard is to much expensive than a glass of beer

Well-equipped Gym, jacuzzi and Sauna

Rooms where nice , could have done with more English Channel on tv had no movie channel only 1 music channel.

Not much of a selection of meals of an evening really I would of enjoyed a creamy tagliatelle but I ended up with tomato sauce base which I never enjoyed much , not much of a burger selection either

Everything was great: personnel, room, breakfast. Haven`t had a chance to try the pool and SPA but belive it`s also great

I like the Ambeince and breakfast buffet.

They do not provide basic amenities like toothpaste, tooth brush ,hair comb etc.
