Q Hotel Plus Kraków

The breakfast in the morning was by far the best of all the hotels I visited in Poland. Dinner was very good too. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The location across the river from all of the site-seeing was NOT terrible at all, but it got annoying to always add at least another 7 blocks to your stroll back and forth every day. Also, no bathtub - strange for a 4 star hotel.

Amazing hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

We had to pay 20 eiro for extra bed for our 6 years old child.

The hotel is slightly more further from the Krakow Castle than advertised.

The location it’s near to the old city and all the attractions. The room view was good and the cleaners staff was nice to us.

We had a confirmation email for the parking reservation for two car for the whole of our stay, the first night was good however the second day when we came back from our journey the basement parking was full and the guy in the reception told us that there is no empty parking we where very upset because we already had a previous reservation for the parking so we park our car outside ( there were babies and olderly people with us) . The big issue was when we checked out the girls in the reception were ready to charging us the parking for the unused parking even though they didn’t apologize. We really were upset.

I did not like receptionist as told us wrong information about breakfast told us wrong price and told her 1 morning took for 2 morning breakfast for myself and my husband £74.00 and was also going to take money for staying at hotel which I already paid for

Quite and luxurious hotelwith a geat restaurant and bar. Professional and kind staff.

Perfect location with close proximity to the town centre/old town. Didn't have time for breakfast.

The shower hasn't got a door to stop the water from flooding the toilet area, they should look at fixing it.

Parking problem in the area. Plenty restrictions. Consider this when you travel by car.

The room was spacious. Upgraded rooms with balcony also have a coffee machine. While in normal room you will have a kettle for tea and powder coffee. The breakfast is great, so many options, from sweet to savoury, plus a waffle machine and fresh juices. The distance from the city centre is approximately 10 minutes walk, Ona. Nice river side walk.

The hotel has clean cosy rooms with just enough features to make them comfortable. The check in experience was smooth, and the hostess was keen to provide a room with river view. The parking entrance it is a bit of a challenge, as well as manoeuvring a big car, but it is doable. Breakfast was good and solid. There are also lots of stors in 5 min range from the hotel to get some quick bites. Overall - it is a very good choice for stay in Krakow.

Parking inside an underground garage is a bit of a challenge for a large vehicle, but still doable.

Rooms had a good size, etc also with a large shower. Although was rainy on my whole stay was nice to have a balcony with a lots of natural light but with curtains to block the light if is your concern.

the shower, is very spacious but the water drainage system is not working so well, so a lot of water accumulate at the glass door, which when you open it to get out, you need to have ready some towels to try not to make a mess.

I absolutely didn't like was noisy at night time causing by fan/ air conditioner Absolutely awful, we ve changed the room for one night and was the same noise at night.We could not switch off the heating coz at night was about -8 at the time. I don't get used to noises like this at night time, your are on holiday and you can't sleep well. Shame because room wasn't cheep but seems like is like this in all rooms.

Location is close to a river and a congress center. Hotel: new, good design. Parking: underground parking with 2 m height.

ttress/Pillow: Come on, guys. It’s the 21st century. You can buy proper sleeping systems. The mattress is cheap and hard, without even trying to be orthopedic. The pillow is cheap and thick.The blanket is made of synthetic material and builds up static electricity.I needed 3 hours to come back to my senses after waking up.Breakfast: food was partly stale (tomatoes with cheese)

The location of the hotel is great, lovely walk to the centre. Breakfast options impressive. Bed good size and comfy.

Room cleanliness was poor, dirt inside of fridge. Not happy for the price I paid…
