Clean & central

Pillows weren’t a very good size & could do with updating more like cushions & spar ones in wardrobe didn’t look very good

Good central location, clean and tidy traditional room

The noise all night from outside the front. Twin room and both beds were so creaky!

Breakfast was very good. Hotel extremely close to where we wished to be. Very cold outside but warm in room and very clean. Room decent size for us. Restaurant on site which we tried, very good.

A couple more coffee sachets in room.

The location was amazing

The reception staff sleep in the reception area.We popped in at 6.15 to check out and the two receptionists were lying sleeping so we couldn’t wait in there on our taxi

The rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms at back are very quiet. Hotel very central. A few steps away from main square and 10 min walk to castle.

On most holidays we were able to access bbc news on TV. Unfortunately we couldn't access it on our TV.

Excellent buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice. Fresh produce, good quality and very tasty. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The Hotel is conveniently located close to the main Old Town Square and everything we wanted to see was in easy walking distance.

There wasn't anything not to like about our hotel choice.

Its close to everything. Easy to get around. Staff are very helpful and kind.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. We ordered double bed which we got however they us gave separate duvet. There was gage to turn the temperature up at night as the room was freezing

Location was great! In the centre and shops, restaurants, bars and Christmas markets all a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was very good too.

Nothing really. One of our rooms was noisy but ear plugs were provided by the Hotel which worked very well.

Location was excellent, hotel is right in the middle of old town Square Room was to back of hotel so was lovely and quiet. It was clean and tidy, beds were comfy and warm. Bathroom was superb. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. There was maid service every day.

Hôtel well located in town, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely be back in this hôtel and recommend it.

Single room a bit noisy as its a street view.

Staff were excellent very helpful. Rooms were very spacious and had everything you need, bathroom is modern. Comfortable beds and washing a good temperature even when freezing outside. On 1st floor facing busy street and the noise level was acceptable but were provided earplugs by the hotel anyway prime location short walk from the square.

Hotel good. All facilities needed good hot power ful shower. Breakfast was buffet style hot n cold good selection. Hotel situated central to everything. Staff helpful even packed us a breakfast as we had early morning flight

The location of this hotel is perfect, just off the main square in old town. The check in process was smooth and staff really friendly. Our allocated rooms were on the second floor and were spacious, clean and quiet. The rooms had amazing wooden painted ceilings and the beds sooo comfortable which was much needed after a day exploring on foot! The rooms were cleaned daily and anything used restocked (coffee, tea, water, etc). Would definitely recommend this hotel and book again without hesitation.

There are no negatives about this hotel, the only thing that would make this absolutely perfect would be to provide milk in the rooms for tea/coffee.

Great location, good breakfast and nice restaurant. We really enjoyed the food served in the courtyard of the property.

The location.

The noice. I did not sleep for 3 nights. I had a single room and apparently all single rooms are to the front. Music and shouting from the street / square. Car noice from 5 am. Maybe trucks for restaurants.The hotel provided ear plugs, but that didn’t help.

Excellent location, clean and friendly staff

Loved we were so close to the main square! Lots of restaurants near you! Booked our taxi through hotel and he was waiting for us at airport!Bottled water every day left in our room which was great! So over all the Hotelwas great and would definitely stay again!

First few day were very hot and no air-conditioning! But we knew this before we went ! Fan in the room and did help to keep us cool! So wouldn't put us off from staying again!

Please note that this hotel do not have ac. The might give you one small fan. Room had spider webs and loads of bird droppings right outside the windows.. The hotel staff is not very friendly. Our request to check in at 2pm was approved, but despite that, the receptionist claimed that it was a mistake and there is no way he can honor our request. He implied that we somehow changed the check in time. We paid for a family room but we got a much smaller room.I would never stay here even if offered a free night.
