Central Palace

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The accommodation was immaculate, extremely well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with a range of extras and considerate touches. The room contained everything we needed, making our stay both comfortable and convenient.The location was excellent, very central with a lovely view yet pleasantly quiet throughout our visit. We were also very impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff, who ensured our stay was both smooth and memorable.We will certainly be choosing this property again on our next visit to Kraków, and I have already recommended it to many others. I cannot rate this accommodation highly enough.

The adjoining room had a family with small children running around at 12 o’clock at midnight.

More items for kitchen, microwave etc.Our room had a door leading to the room next door ( we think) although it was locked, it felt a little weird that someone could come in?

It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and warm. It is in an excellent locations for accessing bus tours. There is a huge shopping centre across from it, with Christmas markets out the front of the hotel, and its only a ten minutes walk from the main square/streets. They held our luggage for a few hours extra on our departure day so we didn't have to bring suitcases around with us. Highly recommend this place.

Very modern, beautiful building, very clean, close to the train and bus station

My biggest complaint was that the door didn’t have a real lock. Everything was managed through electric keys, but as a solo traveler to feel safer I would have preferred a lock I can do myself from the inside. In my opinion, this type of lock is normally standard at hotels.

Excellent location for access to the key points of the city, was an extremely easy process with a late and early check in. Was sent a lovely brochure with clear steps on how to access the property. The room very clean, but no change of towels daily. There was a Christmas market a stones throw away from the property which was fun. When windows are closed it is very soundproof for the music played and the tram sounds which is close to the property.

Upon arrival we were met with a wall of heat when opened the door. We discovered the radiator was on maximum heat, despite being set on the coldest setting, it would not turn down at all and was making the room extremely hot. Even with both windows open, the room in December coldness was far too hot. The windows requiring to be open at all times, ruined tranquility and enforced the noise pollution from general city audio (tram tracks, sirens, car drag races) was VERY disturbing. We arrived at midnight so sought to fix this problem the next day, were assured after a visit from the hotel technician that the issue was solved. This was not the case as the radiator would come in waves of full heat to occasional lower heat. We were told the that opening the windows was the best way to cool down room. Not something you want to hear when there is a Christmas market blaring tunes all day. Not other room was provided or discount.

Everything was perfect, immaculate building, attractive, clean, can’t be faulted.

We liked everything about the loft!!!Very modern loft apartment.Very clean.Very quiet.

We found the room to be comfortable, lovely shower, easy access to the city, all within walking distance.Main train station almost on the doorstep, large shopping mall with anything you might need.Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, gave good advise when we needed it.

The room was okay, we liked the floor heating in the bathroom and the shower.

The room seemed a lot smaller than expected we could barely move around. The hotel doesn’t feel like a hotel as the reception is often vacant and there is no way to call or text them.

Interconnected door in room to next apartment. Unfortunately guests in next room played music in the early hours which felt like it was being played in our room!

No room service - we only stayed 3 nights so not the worst. But fresh towels, made bed and some restocked coffee pods would have been nice

I liked the space, comfortable beds, supply of many towels, decor, cleaness, obviously - location, the welcoming and very helpful staff. I was able to leave my luggage with them, and one extra person (my son joined us at the last minute) wasn't an issue. I wasn't aware, but the place has the gym. As it was under renovation, we were given the code to use the gym and the pool at Dluga Street. I will be defo back.

You need to be aware that tjis is one open loft space and not a loft with a separate bedroom. The noise from the street and the railway but it was barebale. Kitchenette was very basic, with no microwave and no oven. The drain was slightly stuck, so we had to open the panel in the shower not to overflow it. These are no complaints, rather remarks. One of the best places I have been at in krakow.

The flats are located just a few steps from the Galeria Krakowska, a mall from which one reaches Krakow Glowny, the main train station. Entrance to the old town through one of its main gates is only 5 minutes away. The place was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The kettle, teas, and Nespresso coffee machine with capsules provided made it really convenient to have breakfast in the room.
