Zinar Castle

Good morning ,we did like everything from the moment you stepped in inside. The castle is a beautiful clean, inviting friendly staff, professional ,knowledgeable, welcoming with open arms.

The beautiful location and gorgeous view.

The view

- At least half of the staff doesn’t speak English - Bugs are everywhere including rooms- Only one sauna was working - we were not able to have breakfast for an hour. There was no food in the buffet, no cups for coffee. They were not updated until we explicitly asked and even after that we waited 15 more minutes. Dishes we ordered from breakfast menu were not ready even after 40 minutes of waiting. We even had to say stuff on the reception that we would have to postpone our check out

Amazing castle hotel staff are really friendly beautiful views nice bedrooms the breakfast was great for the price. It was a steal plus the location is a quiet area of beautiful views yet close to crack off. It’s only 15 minutes apart. I found it amazing

Maybe one thing you’re the windows are a bit small, but still you can have a nice view of the area

Nice design and territory. Price good for the quality of room and hotel

Breakfast is very poor In the party I saw a wild boar, who started screaming and run away. We were a bit afraid at that moment and totally uncomfortable

I really liked the location/venue. Staff were very friendly, terrace was great (although it was too cold to use on our trip). Restaurant was spot on!

I can't think of anything to suggest. Everything was just fine.

What a view! Location is gorgeous. And people that work there are most wonderful and accommodating. Kamila who was the first to reach out after we booked the hotel had nice recommendations and overall staff was wonderful. We felt well taken care of.

- Amazing rooms, breathtaking view, lovely bathroom amenities- Bar and restaurant, great vibe, particularly the terrace areas- Breakfast was delicious- Great architectureA memorable experience, thank you

- Staff could've been friendlier in restaurant and service was a bit slow- A bit unhelpful with finding vegan options- Welcome fruit plate was a nice touch, but was left for 2 days by housekeeping- keep the rooms clean!

Very clean, good location, beautiful view. Nice staff

It's a beautiful castle with interesting history. The main attraction is the terrace, which we unfortunately could not enjoy because of the weather. Staff is very nice and friendly.

- the rooms are a bit small - AC does not work properly - you can not influence the temperature in the room- food at the restaurant is not impressive at all, and the table and some plates were a bit dirty

Very nice hotel in the mountain of krakau, nice rooms and bathroom.

Small breakfast

This stunning and cozy hotel is located in a great location. The views from the properties are breathtaking. One of the standout features is that the hotel is pet-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable as we could bring our furry companion along. I had the pleasure of staying at Zinar Hotel and it was truly a magical experience!

Comfortable and large room, soft mattress (which I liked), excellent breakfast.

The lack of a spa/sauna in the hotel.

Lovely older property with beautiful scenery and decor. The staff were so nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Modern decor very stylish Rooms were amazing staff very attentive

Liked everything about it!

Very friendly staff, very good views and very comfortable beds. Lots of extras in room and really exceeded my expectations.

What an amazing place. I stay in hotels 1/3 of the year but this hotel is in my top 5. Breakfast to die for! Large rooms, comfortable clean and the view, just perfect. When in Krakow this is the hotel of my choice from now on!

Lovely stay in a luxury hotel.

Breakfast lovely but very slow. Location a bit remote.

Brilliant property with great views. Really nice rooms and very clean. Friendly staff, 10/10 for the onsite restaurant.

The commute into krakow can be very busy in the morning so have to allow extra time for any excursions. Would have been amazing if the Spa facilities were on site

Everything was perfect. They considered all our requests, like a quick check-in, a piece of cake for the birthday, and an iron. Check-in was much faster than the time given, and we were very happy about that. The staff was nice. The room was warm, which is very important for this type of building. The area and the views are amazing. There is a restaurant and a spa will open soon. It takes 20 minutes to get to the center by car.I definitely recommend this hotel. It is worth visiting at least once.Thank you for the great service!

second time in this hotel. very beautiful location outside Krakov. good food, good wine.
