Huge disappointment that the only bar turned into a very busy disco on Friday and Saturday nights. Therefore, no smart area to have an evening/night-time drink.

The location, restaurant, spa, gym, pool and rooms were all first class. All the reception staff, but especially Maciej ( who couldn't have been more helpful and supportive) were exceptional and deserve much praise.

The hotel has a stunning design – it is simply beautiful, and staying there is a real pleasure. The location is excellent. The room was very comfortable and stylish, with incredibly comfortable beds. The spa area is beautiful and truly relaxing. Breakfast was very good. I also tried the Gaia restaurant, Bakehouse pastry shop, and the hotel bar – delicious food and great service throughout.

There are basically no real downsides. The only suggestion would be to better organize space in the spa area for guests who cannot find a sunbed (e.g. hooks or a place for bathrobes and towels). Slightly better internal communication could also help – I was informed by reception about the possibility of booking afternoon tea, made a reservation without any issue, and then received a call two hours before saying it was no longer available. While I enjoyed an excellent meal at Gaia instead, such situations can be confusing for guests.

Rooms are spacious and clean. One room had a balcony on the bar courtyard, great for smokers. Breakfast was good and staff were great.

My requests were totally ignored, rooms on same floor (we were in totally different floors), inside rooms (other couple were directly on the street with the sound of the tram). Restaurant and bar were closed on New Year s Eve due to function thus no space for a drink for the residence(( room quilt was in balls so some areas were empty, not even a 3 star gives you quilts like this.

Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Superb location, fabulous decor, immaculately clean, wonderful spa & friendly staff.

The only slight niggle was that it took a while for the shower to run hot water which just took a bit of planning.

Excellent location between Old Town Square and the Jewish Quarter. Rooms were a very good size and the facilities were excellent.

Welcome staff excellent and throughout our stay, plenty of staff in the beautiful lobby ready to lend a hand, help with reservations etc. Fabulous room, well appointed, if not smallish as per European norm. Great location relatively close to old town.

Everything: the location (10 minutes walking distance to old town and next to Kazimierz district), the room and facilities, the restaurants and bar, breakfast, SPA and staff.
