This hotel was our favorite! Superb in every category!

Interesting hotel with a considerable history. The room was very comfortable and worthwhile paying for the upgrade to a delux room (two rooms one with sofa and table and another with the bed). I was on the side where you can get some traffic noise and it wasn’t a problem. Good location as I arrived by train, just a short walk. You can be in the old town within a 5 min walk. Fridge in the room is very useful. Decor is reminiscent of the glory days of hotels.

Nothing major. Internet could be a little weak in my room, but functional. Booking.com listed checkout until 12, however you are expected to be out of the room by 10am. I was going to do some work in the room but needed to do it in the lounge instead, that was fine.

Fabulous place to stay. The Interior design it’s what i love it. Everything I asked for was fulfilled. Very clean and spotless room. Any time I’m visiting Krakow I always choose this Hotel.Highly recommended

Friendly staff. Lovely room. Perfectly situated for train and bus station. 10 mins walk to market square.

Perfect location - across the road from Galeria Krakówska.Friendly staff.Clean room with everything you'd need.The hotel looks expensive, very old European feel to it which I think is lovely, might be slightly "dated" but well looked after.

The only tiny thing, the shower base was a little unsteady, it felt like it could collapse if you step on it wrong.

Fabulous hotel. We loved the old fashioned style. It felt classy and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and the shower/bath were great. Breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold food. Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Helpful to be able to leave bags at hotel once checked out so you can continue to explore Krakow. Great value for money. Very close to the centre and train station

I do recommend if you're a light sleeper to bring earplugs if you're in a room near tramlines.

The complimentary bottle of water was open and looks like they add tap water in to the glass bottles. Only mine though

Great location, close to main attractions, very clean, old fasion decor, feels like you are staying in a palace, great breakfast.

This is a hotel that has charm due to its history and it's decor which is from an older, gentler time. This itself creates a calming atmosphere. The seating area, before the terrace is a relalaxing place where you could while away time reading a couple of chapters of a book.Walkable distance from train station.

It has no bar or facility to purchase a wine while reading the chapters of such book.

Internet connections was not good. It is essential for me to have a good internet connection. Internet connection was only 2 bars and often stopped working.

Loved the vintage aesthetic. The room was comfortable and everything worked. There was a nice balcony. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Location was great, also little interaction with staff was OK fine.

I asked for, room with courtyard room with bath and bottle of wine in the room as it was a special occasion for me and my wife. We were given a room with street view, shower and no wine was present. Message was clearly not read or ignored.
