Location, great customer service would definitely go back.

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of town. The hotel is clean and the people nice. But the best of all is the exceptionally good breakfast, a good variety, excellent materials, and very well prepared. Do not even consider staying here without breakfast!

A minor inconvenience is that there are no slippers available, either for free or to buy. And the nearby Rossmann doesnt have slippers either. So be prepared and bring your own.

Very good breakfast. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were offered a packed breakfast on the day we booked a tour as it was a 6am start. The packed breakfast was big and very good.

We had ordered gluten free breakfast. Although bread was always provided, I expected to have something more to eat apart from salad and eggs.

Would be nice to have a lounge area so not confined to room when in the hotel.Noisy bar next door meant the roof windows needed to be closed and I didn't know that they were controlled by electric switch

Some of the staff were nice like the two girls on reception but one young man on duty was very glum and didn't utter a word like good morning.The room was quite nice at the back of the building overlooking another roof.

The breakfast was adequate but but nothing special.Breakfast was till 10 o'clock but at 9 o'clock they had run out of bread rolls and said there was no more.Asked the waitress if she could toast me some bread .She said it was not possible. Stairs down to the breakfast room not suitable for people with walking difficulties .The only way down was to request to use the lift that came from the kitchen.Not very dignified.

The breakfast was wonderful. So many choices beautifully prepared and very tasty. I looked forward to each breakfast. Great location near the train station as well as Old Town. The hotel was very well maintained and clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect location close to the old town and the train station. Staff were very friendly, happy to answer questions and the breakfast was very generous. Clean room, with safe deposit box and mini fridge. I'd very happily go back and recommend

Great central location with easy access to the Old Town and other key areas, yet tucked away on a quieter side street—perfect for exploring during the day and relaxing at night. The breakfast was great and when I needed to out really early in the morning they made me a bagged breakfast, I simply requested this when I was checking in.

Location and staff were excellent.

Terrible wifi and dated interior. A/C was loud and struggled to keep room cool. No irons in the room. One iron for the entire hotel that you had to get at the front desk.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, eliminating the need for transportation.

The hotel does not have spa rooms, sauna or pool.

Spacious, clean, warm, quiet and comfortable room. Perfect location minutes from the old town square. Very quiet and soundproof despite the location being so close to all the action of the old town, there was absolutely no noise disturbance at all giving us 4 very restful nights. All staff are so friendly too - this was our anniversary trip and we were so kindly surprised with lovely towel art on the bed, a box of chocolates and a very kind card. This extra touch made our stay so special. Lovely historical building and amazing space for breakfast in the underground brick cellar (which was also delicious - so many options and such high quality food). Free bottles of water provided by housekeeping. Also loved the fact that you can buy all the essentials that you may need from snacks and drinks to toiletries at a very reasonable price if needed. Couldn’t recommend highly enough :)

The location is excellent, breakfast is nice and the staff was very cordial.

Every crew member of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. It is 3 star hotel, at top level and I could tell that they take good care of the hotel and breakfast overall.

Good location, room was clean and comfortable with self adjustable air condition system.

Regular breakfast was not served in seasonal holy days like in Christmas Eve.

It was clean well maintained with very helpful staff.The hotel was warm and the location is perfect for the old town.
