Hotel Ferreus Modern Art Deco

The room size was perfect. The quality of the food was excellent. The decoration and interior design of the hotel was very nice and the bathroom top quality. Satff at the front desk, very helpful and nice.

Expected feather pillows and comforter. Waitress's could simile at least out of courtesy, they all seemed very unhappy.

Great location. Beautiful hotel. The sauna/spa/pool area was top notch! Room was very big and comfortable. High tech lighting and bathroom facilities. Staff was helpful and friendly in all interactions. Would definitely stay here again!

Only complaint was that the restaurant was out of several dishes. We were excited to order room service and did two nights in a row and both nights they were out of several dishes. We were ultimately satisfied with the alternative choices but it was a bummer to have so many things out (literally 6-7 dishes between the two nights). To be fair, we checked in on a Monday and the kitchen said it was a busy weekend which is why they were out, understandable but disappointing for a "5-star" hotel.

Julian, our waiter and bartender is amazing! The saunas and pool were well maintained. The restaurant had delicious food. The room was perfect.

Spacious room, very nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast, and superb location.

We liked the saunas, the pool, cleanness and the quietness.

Coffee spoons were not in room. Also it would be nice if a corkscrew and bottle openers would be included inside the rooms.

Beautiful boutique hotel only few steps from the Old Town Market on the other side of Planty.Very nice staff - friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Great facilities, 3 types of saunas, pool, nice terraces with the view and fantastic restaurant. Our special thanks to Grzegorz!

Room was gorgeous, but I didn’t like the displays for lighting and curtains as the were emitting lights at night in a dark room. Maybe there is a way to turn them off but I didn’t know how…

Perfect staff, SPA, location.

Thought the breakfast was expensive @ $26 USD. Wasn’t thrilled with the selections. We purchased only 1 of the 6 days of our stay. There were other places nearby. Location very good to town square and most attractions as well as public transportation. Close to the huge Galleria shopping center and train station. We never needed an Uber. Staff was helpful with arranging a car rental and an excursion.

The air freshener in the common areas was strong. There was a different fragrance used in our room upon registration and it was offensive; perhaps something they use in the vacuum. We opted out of daily room refresh because I was afraid they would use a scented product. We did grab extra towels/amenities from the hospitality cart.

The staff was accommodating to my requests. The room was top-of-the-line and very comfortable. The spa was wonderful, and the feel of the place was great! Everything was better than I expected.

The pool hours were limited and did not work for my stay, so I did not get to use it. The long list of rules and charges made me feel like I was signing a legal document, and that I should have a lawyer read them.

The saunas and pool are amazing- rooms are large. Updated bathrooms- amazing property

Great hotel - excellent location, lovely modern rooms and spa, delicious breakfast, very kind staff. Maria in particular was very helpful in assisting and advising us. Good for families with children and the hotel restaurant/bar is really nice too.

I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like or was missing at the hotel.

The slippers in the bath robes are really subpar, but that’s about the only thing oh and they don’t have room service until 12

Hotel was in a great location for walking into the centre. Our room was extremely spacious and clean. The lady on reception was very kind in providing us with a map and giving us an indication where certain areas of Krakow were and how to get there on foot. We enjoyed using the saunas and spa area.

Very clean the spa was fantastic and the rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds 100 percent would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, great location, polite and helpful staff. We had a lovely break and will definitely be back
