Hotel Kolna - darmowy parking, basen w cenie

Nice facility, basic, but clean. Very nice swimming pool although access for hotel guests is just for 1 hour. Very good breakfast and nice playing area for children.

The fact that restaurant was closed earlier (it was Sunday) and we were not informed about it so had to go out for dinner.

Breakfast was very good, lots of variety.Decent choices of dinner, but no desert menu available at all.

The pool is not located in the hotel building, it is a recreational complex beside the hotel that has a pool. The staff of the hotel did not know how get to the pool from the hotel without going outside. The pool had 4 lanes reserved for swimming school, 2 fast lanes all occupied, and only 1 available for the rest of people, which was occupied by a a student of the swimming school. Not to mention, you have only 1 h free limit at the pool and sauna, but the dauna is only available in the evening for limited time.I do not recommend this place if you want to swim and relax during your stay.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport. The reception is open 24 hrs which is very important if you are a female traveling alone at night. My room was comfortable and clean. The food for breakfast was tasty, there was a choice of many teas, coffees & juices, eggs, deli meats, sausages, cheeses, breads & pastries etc. Overall, the hotel offers a good value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

A sport complex very clean with rooms-apartments

Everything was great, beds very comfy, very clean , food up to everyones taste , but really enjoyed the stay. Kids loved the pool.

Wanted to use sauna , but there was everyone naked , didn’t feel comfortable

No sign showing where the Reception is, is a problem, especially in the evening.We received no information how to connect to the Internet.The room finishing is old and not comfortable. We asked for a double bed (couple), but received 2 single beds.In the bathroom there was a strong tobacco smell.Overall conclusion for us: the hotel does not actually care of what the guests think and want.

My flight got delayed so I had to stay an extra night in Krakow. I found this hotel very last minute and I’ve been very lucky as it was clean, quiet, comfortable and staff was helpful. Breakfast was basic but the food was actually tasteful, including the cappuccino.Also reasonably close to the airport (about 15-20 min drive).

Quite remote, nothing around and public transport is lacking. Essentially you’re forced to use taxis to get there / get out. Pick up & drop off points are not exactly at the entrance, but it’s fairly well signposted.

The room was large, and the restaurant went out of their way to accommodate my wife's dietary problems.

Some of the mattresses needed replacing.

Accommodation designed for sporting teams, small basic room. Good price and close to airport.

I liked the room size. The stuff was nice.

I was disappointed to find that the beds were just single beds pushed together rather than proper double or queen beds. They kept sliding apart and were very uncomfortable to sleep on. I had a 2+2 room, and one of my children had to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa bed, which was far from ideal. This setup was not what I expected at all. The price was a bit expensive for the comfort we received. Thanks

5 big beds perfect for our 5 people family. Swimming pool 60 min included for each night. Perfect parking. Nice breakfast.

My previous reservation was not taken into account and I was put in the wrong room. The room was not cleaned.

The breakfast was tasty. The room was quite comfortable. Only the issue was that the taxi drivers couldn’t find the way how to get there.
