Location

Everything

Great location, clean, good breakfast,...

Had to clean up snow and ice off of the floor with a towel and was then charged for the towel. Maybe provide a rug or black towel in the middle of winter.

Room was basic, but no complaints. Well located, staff were helpful and friendly.

Lacked a little bit of personality in the rooms.

Location excellent, few minutes walk from main square in old town.Clean, functional, comfortable bed and good shower.Very accommodating, had early breakfast before advertised start time s we were going on early tour. Also good advice on restaurants.

Not much

The location was fantastic, room was exceptionally clean, staff were very friendly. The bathtub was brilliant the room is worth it for this alone.Very good breakfast.

The bed and sofa weren't the most comfortable but we're acceptable

Excellent stay at H12 Hotel Kraków. Perfect location in the heart of the old town, close to everything. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Great value for money — highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located in a peaceful area just a short walk from the main square, where many attractions are within easy reach. The room was spacious, modern, very clean, and comfortable, with adjustable heating that kept me warm, just perfect for someone like me who’s always cold! The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the thoughtful little Christmas surprise in my room, and the fresh apple at checkout. I’ll definitely be back!

A good hotel. Good location.staff polite. Clean abd comfort.

The decor

The noise in every direction. Next door, upstairs, downstairs, outside. The walls are so thin! It's such a shame.

The location is great in the old city few minutes from main square. Breakfast is also very good .

Parking lot is very expansive. The receptionist give us wrong directions to get there.

The location was superb. 5 min walk from main square in the Old Town

Was very basic for a 4 star hotel. Very small.

The hotel was clean ,comfortable and close to all amenities.

The location is perfect, the old city is within a walking distance. The staff were very nice, breakfast was very nice and tasty. The room was spacious for 3 persons and very clean.

The only thing - the shower needs some renewing. Also, it wasn't super convinient to shower in a tub without glass or curtain.

Excellent hotel with breakfast, and the location was in perfect walking distance to everything would highly recommend this hotel.

There's was nothing I could say I didn't like, Krakow is amazing place to visit

Fantastic location, only a short walk to the market square and the numerous restaurants and bars. Lovely clean and modern hotel with friendly staff.

Nothing, it was all good !

The staff were fantastic. Even before we arrived, members of reception were making calls on our behalf to help to arrange wheelchair hire. They were so, so helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like was the amount of noise that could be heard from the room next door. I heard our neighbour snoring 2 nights out of 3 and the noise created by chairs being moved on the wooden floors was so, so loud.

The location was 3 minutes from Old town square. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good
