Aparthotel Stare Miasto

Great location, very clean room.

Yes, no showers only bathtub no outside seating.

Excellent location, very quiet neighborhood. Nice interior decoration. Wellquipped kitchenette, with glasses, tea, coffee, etc.

There was a bit strange smell when I entered the room. Had to keep the widow open for a while. Important info for those traveling by private car: this is a restricted zone so taxi has an access and I guess locally registered people too but random cars are not allowed.

This hotel offers an excellent location, great breakfasts and very friendly staff. Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet,

Not much to criticize.

That is was close to a lot of things and it had breakfast

Mold in the shower Hot and cold showers Bed wasn’t the softest or the firmest

Absolutely outstanding hotel, 4th time I have stayed there, as I love it so much... Location is amazing, literally 20 seconds (if that) off main square...Staff are always lovely efficient and welcoming.Hotel is clean and so nice to have a mini kitchen, beds really comfortable as well ?

Nothing, loved everything.

Great location Staff are friendly Rooms lovely

No shower in the bathroom although there was a bath. Personal preference

Good location

Not as good a room as last time we stayed there tbh. Some of my party had a Jacuzzi bath and I didn't

Good location and decor in room was nice. Good restaurant recommendations from the staff.

While it was a kitchenette with a cook top there were no pots or pans to cook in and no microwave so you could not heat food. Also there was a kettle but no coffee maker There was a towel warmer but it was not functioning.

The location was great and very convenient to the shops, restaurants and bars, etc.

The spacing of the toilet in the bathroom was tied.. No worries we have managed that. :-)

The hotel was quiet and well-located!

A very minor detail -- the shower needs a shelf

first of all the front desk attendant, she was a woman couldn’t be more rude, I will never go back. I spent three days there and they make you feel unwelcome.

no showers you get a bathtub and a hose absolutely should be explained to the clients that you have to sit in a bathtub to take a shower. We had three rooms there and they all were the same. I would never go back.

Location is great

Our room was smal, bathroom doors were not closing properly, water in the sink wasn’t draining properly.

Beautiful comfortable room in a terrific location. The room was spectacular

Uber doesn’t stop at the hotel

Location close to Rynek and Wawel; brick and wood interior; breakfast area access from lobby

Excellent location and helpful staff.

The beam in the studio room was a bit low.

Location

Wifi was bad, toilet kept leaking and making noises. and if you’re above 140cm 50% of the room is inaccessible without bending over

The room is large and really lovely; the location is excellent in a quiet street just near the city center.

The bathroom is very small and not well ventilated.

I loved all the brick, the beams, and the ceiling windows that I could open with a switch. I also loved having the kitchen. My room was just under the roof, and it was charming. The location was absolutely perfect — walkable to everything. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Krakow.

The design of this hotel is breathtaking. Each of the rooms is different but still kept in the unified tone. Very friendly staff, no strong chemicals used for cleaning, excellent location. I always come back to this hotel only.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The bed in the deluxe studio could be more comfortable. Had to watch out for the crossbeams and the glass panel over the stove. Very pretty but could hurt if you bumped your head.
