Xerion Hotel

The hotel is very nice, and the people who work there are very attentive. The dinner was delicious — the dishes were well-prepared and beautifully presented. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and pleasant, and the service was excellent. Everything made the evening very enjoyable

There’s nothing negative to say — everything was perfect. The stay exceeded my expectations in every way.

The central location, enabling me to walk to any of the main attractions of the city, the service and friendliness of the staff, and the cozy room.

The location was good and the room was spacious

The blankets were very tiny not ideal for a couple.

My stay was excellent! I’m really glad I’ve chosen this hotel, very good price as well! I had a big room including sofa - I was surprised and happy about this. The stuff was great and it’s really nice I could store my luggage at their place for a few hours after check out (for free)! I didn’t try their breakfast but I saw it looked very good! I’d definitely stay here next time I’m in krakow!

I couldn’t see any hair dryer in the room. The pillows are uncomfortable, unfortunately, they should change them for better ones. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Everything is good, room is clean

The air conditioning system was annoying, made a lot of noise and I didn’t have chance to regulate it. There was control on the wall but I still couldn’t change a thing

The rooms are quite spacious, the staff are great, and it is located a 12- to 15-minute drive from the city center. The breakfast is great, with a variety of options to choose from. I would definitely come again!

I had to request flip-flops and drinking water, and there were no robes in the room. Since it’s a 4-star hotel, I would expect these items to be provided without having to request them. However, on the following days, a bottle of water was always provided. Aside from that, it was a great stay!

I liked the atrium, size of my room, bathroom space and layout. Location was great - quiet but close to the centre.

For a four star hotel, the amenities in the hotel were a little bit basic, curtains did not provide full privacy, my pillow was not so great, seemed like a quite good three star hotel but not more.

Location is so beautiful and convenient. Great room, very nice receptionist! Cleanness- top!

A very nice boutique-like hotel, clean, relaxed, I enjoyed my stay. The room was big, with all the appliances (incl. ironing board, hairdryer, big ass screen etc.). The hotel staff was very friendly and relaxed, yet professional. I personally witnessed a scene when one of the guests behaved unhinged towards the hotel employees and the person reacted very calmly and respectfully.

I see some space for improvements for breakfast. The waiting staff needed to go to the other room to bring cutlery or plates - they should be stored directly in a shelf in the dining area. Furthermore you can consider putting a little trolley in the dining area - I believe that many guests will leave dirty plates on their own, which reduces the backlog during the peaks.In my personal opinion the mattresses were a bit too hard, but it is probably up to personal preference.

The hotel was situated in a great location for us. It was easy to find and there were many nice cafes nearby. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because we found it to be quite expensive. You need to be ready to walk a bit to Kazimier and to the old town but for us it was not bad. Would recommed the hotel!

Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast, able to leave luggage. Great quiet location, short walk to town centre. Near some bars, cafes, restaurants.

Room not properly cleaned after first overnight - one bathroom not cleaned or checked, no towels left, beds not made. Tea coffee not topped up. 2nd night bathrooms cleaned but beds not made. Check in 2pm seems a bit late especially as check out is 10am. Odd layout in 2nd bedroom, bed in odd position, no space/ storage for toiletries.

Great rooms and very good value for money. The bed was also very comfortable and the bathroom was great aswell

Big and cozy room, with everything you need. A lot of Brochure in the room with information and ideas... The restaurant had good food and drinks.

The hotel well exceeded our expectations. All the staff were very helpful and supportive. One particular staff member called Julia was at reception when we arrived. She was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The support and guidance Julia gave us on arrival was so incredibly helpful it made a major contribution to the success and enjoyment of our trip to Krakow! Thank you again Julia!!

The hotel was fantastic, I can't really think of any negatives to our stay in Krakow

Lovely friendly staff would help in every way possible from giving you the right directions to places to sorting out all your questions and problems and booking taxi’s for you

The only problem we had was the pillows We asked to change them to smaller one as they are big square ones but they didn’t have any other one available

Had room only so no breakfast, great location, very happy with this hotel would book there again.

Nothing to note.

The receptionist looked tired, did not get that I previously visited the hotel, did not have an idea what kind of ID is acceptible to povide upon check-in. And the last, she passed us the cards without mentioning room numbers and meaningful guidance how to get there. That was sad experience.
