The hotel ic nice. The tram station is 4 minutes away walking and you have direct line to center. Breakfast was great and have a lot of options. The room was clean. Near you have shop and also restaurant. I recomend it.

Everything was as should be, from the smooth check-in, great room with very comfortable bed and high ceilings, very rich breakfast buffet and polite staff.

Great location right next to Ronald Reagan square. Staff had a parking space for us reserved right outside the front door.

Clean and modern rooms, pretty specious, I liked the high ceiling and the huge window. The bed was big and comfortable, we had a really good night's sleep there. A/C was working well and pretty quietly, the hotel itself was pretty quiet and we didn't hear noises from other rooms.Free parking.Breakfast was good and delicious. Not overcrowded with options, but had everything one might need in the morning and was really tasty.It's a bit farther away from the Old Town, but the tram station is nearby. It took us a bit less than half an hour to travel to the Old Town.

Really nice hotel ,very clean , easy check in. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the room was modernly designed.

The city centre is half an hour away by public transport,so it is better to take a taxi to the old town . However we wanted to stay in Nowa Huta neighbourhood and we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back to this hotel .

Property was close to center where i had my classes. Room was clean. I liked breakfast, staff was friendly.

I was a bit confused that my room was in basement, but it didn’t disturbed me a lot because i spent only nights in room.

Nice and cozy hotel, tram stop to the city center nearby, everything we needed was in close vicinity, staff was polite and helpful, AC in rooms, comfortable bed, room service refilled mineral water bottles every day for us. The hotel itself has only a small amount of parking spots, but we always found a spot to park.

The shower was draining very slowly, the WiFi was also painfully slow in our room. The carpet in our room had some weared out spots and same goes for the shower cabin, but that is just nitpicking.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The woman at the reception desk provided information regarding museums in the area, made calls for us with language translation, and suggested transport options with scheduled and details.

Room air conditioning struggled to keep up with the unusually high temperatures, possibly due to the full wall windows in the room.

Air condition system was very loud and it was hard to sleep.

We liked everything and especially we liked everything and especially the work, responsiveness and kindness of women preparing breakfast - Malgorzata Yamac and Zenia Gradkovska (if I'm not mistaken). We believe that hotel management should definitely encourage such employees.And only one thing we could suggest is to have less warm blankets for the summer. This will reduce the cooling of the air conditioner at night.

a real level of dirty three

old hotel with shabby interior furniture, uncomfortable windows, unpleasant smell in the room from the bathroom, dirty walls and bathtub/toilet (broken shower and problems with the tap - will break soon). The air conditioner doesn't work. The hotel does not live up to the number of stars - a real level of dirty three. Without breakfast and they probably did the right thing. We chose it because of the price and the stars, it was a mistake, I don’t recommend it!

Great location for what we needed, very friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast. Room relatively tidy (carpet could do with a bit of cleaning though), comfortable bed.

Room in the basement was rather dark. Bedside lamps and fridge were not working. When mentioned at the reception staff member visited the room immediately but was not able to fix the problem during our 2 night stay.

It was everything like expected. The breakfast was good. Krakow is worth a journey. Use the public transport, when in Krakow. It is very good. Only idiots use their own car!

The climatisation of the room didn't work.
