Liebeskind Boutique Hotel Old Town

Location easy to find and easy to get to from the train station. Spacious showers and rooms big enough. Great communication with front desk staff, very helpful and kind!

Breakfast buffet understaffed (1 person on shift) resulting in delays both with cleaning, plate rotation and replenishing warm dishes (including coffee machine). Breakfast btw could be served from 7.00 am, not 7.30.

The breakfast was not what I expected, and the food lacked flavour.The room we were allocated was just behind the check-in reception and we heard people and the clack clack of computer keys often during each night

Very good location, about 10 minutes walk to the old town square. Staff was very kind and helpful and room was clean.

The room was a bit cold at times. It looked like the heating went on at night but not really during the day as in parts of the day when we were in our room to relax we were cold but when we went to sleep at night we got hot and sweaty. In addition room is very small and given the fact that we had 2 suitcases (1 20kg and 1 10kg) there was not much space to move around and we should move the suitcases each time in order to open the bathroom door etc.

Excellent location. Ten minute walk to the old town centre, twenty-five to train/bus station. Also, a very good full breakfast included every morning.

The sauna and gym being out of use was disappointing as I booked the hotel based on this.

Everything about this property was fantastic, location, facilities I really could not fault one think we had an amazing 3 nights here and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Nothing everything was perfect

We loved the location and the chic and cozy look of this boutique hotel, the decorated front doors that automatically open and the overall hallways and reception area with very friendly staff. We appreciated the crispy clean sheets, daily brief room cleaning and fresh water bottles that were always replaced in the evenings when we returned to the hotel.

A downside of our stay was that we specifically requested a room that is luminous since we read in the online reviews that rooms tend to be dark even during the day. We received room 17 and told it would be just like we want it but it was still dark because of the weird wall shape that was just in front of the window. From the pictures on Booking, there were other Standard Double Rooms that faced the front of the building, with bigger unobstructed windows, but I guess they are subject to availability, so we understood there was a risk of not receiving one. Therefore, as much as I wanted, I dont know if I would chose this hotel again because of this.Another downside was the bathroom sink which is very small - I splashed water on my socks each time I washed my face or brushed my teeth.

100% recommended hotel in Krakow. Very well maintained and super clean, rooms are comfortable and the bed is really good, slept so good. Location is perfect, right in the center of old town. Breakfast was great, a lot of choice and everything fresh. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Definitely my place for the next stay in Krakow.

I loved my stay here. From the moment I arrived the staff greeted me so kindly, I was able to check in early which was a lovely surprise and my room surpassed expectations by being very spacious, clean and well decorated. Throughout my stay the hotel was quiet and I felt safe as a solo traveller, particularly with such great staff downstairs. The location is good - a short walk away is the tram which can take you to all the tourist spots and the main square is close by. I would highly recommend this hotel, particularly for solo travellers or those who want a more quiet stay as it’s such a lovely place.

we did speak to the hotel about the noise coming from the kitchen,the swing doors started at 6,30am right through breakfast it was a early morning wake up and that evening from about 10pm the noise from the kitchen sounded like a washing machine going for hours till about 1.30 am, The tap at the sink eas loose just needed to be looked at,This was room 5

The hotel is descent and central. I liked the staff , they are very helpful and polite. The space is clean, breakfast is good and the location is a nice 15 min walk from river bank and center of bustle. We were mistakenly overcharged but the mistake was corrected in the same evening. The receptionist was very polite and sincerely helpful and supportive.

Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep well — the beds were unstable, and the mattresses were too soft or wobbly, which made it uncomfortable, especially if you have a sensitive back like me. I had read some reviews saying the beds were comfortable, but maybe that's only true for some guests. The pillows were also way too thick and high, making it almost impossible to sleep without neck or back strain.Given the price, I was looking for other 4-star hotels in the same range with better conditions, but the positive reviews on this one felt a bit misleading based on our experience. In short, I found the hotel a bit overrated and overpriced for what it offers.

Being ripped off for EUROS 286 for arriving at 2am and not 9am something that was unavoidable due to flight time.
