The breakfast was incredible and the design of the space is great.

The bed, pillows, and comforter could be greatly improved. They were uncomfortable and lacked the luxurious feeling the rest of the hotel offers.

A wonderful stay. The à la carte breakfast was exceptional and more than enough food for one person. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet despite being located near the elevator. No complaints!

Breakfast was FANTASTIC. We ordered eggs benedict. It was made in house. The breakfast room has a cool and sylish vibe. The rooms & bathrooms were totally ok. The staff was kind and helpful. We really liked the hotel. Small, personal, nice.

The room was very small and the bathroom has just a glass divider so not great privacy. I know it’s an odd thing to mention but the toilet seat was the most uncomfortable one I’ve ever used.

Very central - walking distance to most attractions. Modern and unique interior. Lovely touch to have a coffee and cake station that is available all day.

The only negative of our whole stay was the pillows were uncomfortable. Other than that can't say one bad word.

it’s actually in the Jewish Quarter, not the old town, which is also lovely but about a 20 minute walk to the market square. This didn’t really matter except that it’s advertised as being in the old town.

When we booked, we selected the filter to places that had 24 hr reception as we knew we were arriving after midnight. The hotel doesn’t have 24/7 reception. We couldn’t work out (from an app)how to get in and were left outside for half an hour in freezing conditions. We also selected this hotel because their website states that vegetarian and vegan options get just as much personal attention. Not the case. Other guests enjoyed a choice of at least 8 options, on day 1, we had no choice and were given food we would never choose. I requested butter and continental breakfast for the rest of the stay. Although other food was offered, we did not get the basics we requested. Other guests enjoyed cake and coffee throughout the day, despite reminding the desk at least twice, we didn’t have any afternoon coffee and cake

The whole vibe is minimalist luxury (which sounds contradictory but works at the Warszauer). Quality materials throughout, small but nice design touches - quality fabrics, furniture, even toiletries by Diptyque. Someone has put a lot of thought into this hotel.Breakfast was great - cooked to order from an a la carte menu and both tasty and decent proportions. The hotel always had free cake to nibble on at all hours, and a decent selection of Pukka teas too.Plus reception staff are both super efficient and very friendly. We were made to feel welcome!I will make this my go-to hotel in Krakow from now on.

Nothing really! If I'm nit-picking, there wasn't a huge amount of privacy between the shower/toilet room and the bedroom. But all in all it was a great hotel.

A stunning hotel with innovative and chic design. Clean and comfortable, staff were great and helpful. Breakfast fresh and good quality. Modern and youthful chill vibe which suited me perfectly. Location was 10/10 and so close within walking distance to loads of awesome bars and restaurants.

Super comfortable, felt like I was staying in someone’s home. Staff were really friendly. Location was amazing with lots of bars, street food and coffee shops literally round the corner. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, stand out in the room was the shower!! Breakfast was great and is cooked to order.
