Perfect location, clean, comfortable, very good staff.

Location,the deluxe room was fantastic,very clean and the staff very friendly.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff were very nice Julia helped me extensively with the malfunctioning air-conditioning and after several tries gave me a portable heater.

For 200eur per night i do not expect an air-condition not to function properly in freezing Poland I spent the first day with loud noises coming from it i couldnt rest and then spent a freezing night as i had to turn it off with the aircraft like noises. I couldnt sleep with the cold. Tnks Julia for helping me

Raidient heat in bathroomService was excellent staff was friendly and very helpful. Water dispensers in lobby. I’ll definitely come back to Krakow and stay here again

It was so noisy at night. The room was so uncomfortably hot and you couldn’t open windows due to the loud partying throughout the night. The room also smelt like stale smoke. Not sure if coming through windows?

Bed was poor; it creaked and groaned every time you turned over.Pillows and duvets were lumpy as if they were not washed and dried correctly.Bathroom was good but lacked quality products such as shampoo.Bath towels were on the small side.We were very surprised that there was no dining room.There was do drawers in the room.

Newly renovated room with truly 5 star accommodation. Breakfast has lots of options and the eggs omelette is superb. Location is great and all staff were hospitable. Room cleaning is top notch every day.

Convenient location being a few minutes walk from the train station and the old town square. Spacious room with a fridge, also a modern fairly spacious bathroom.

Gym/fitness room didn't have much equipment.

Poor air conditioning and window dressings on our 4th floor room were not good and let in so much light. Definitely a better solution needed for the windows.

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The staff were extremely polite and friendly Very convenient. Just a short walk to shops , restaurants and bars

The hotel is ideally situated at the edge of the old town on a quiet side street. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment when I visited but the breakfast selection at the sister hotel just across the road was superb. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was kept clean and water bottles were replenished daily.

The shower head would not stay upright on its own and personally, I found the duvet to be too warm. These were minor issues on a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent tasty and varied breakfast.) Spacious room. I liked the services in the room - the presence of an iron and ironing board - which is very important, change of towels every day.

The furniture in the room is a little tired,pillows can be changed.

The location is really good. Old Town is very close. The room was nice. The elevator was broken, so it was a bit difficult, but they helped me move my luggage. The female staff member was a bit disappointing, but the male staff member was friendly.

Very close to the car pickup circle and to Old Town. Great cafe right around the corner.

Smelled like cigarettes in the lobby, elevator was broken, but that was a temporary thing and they offered free spa access for the inconvenience, room was nonsmoking but definitely smelled like cigarettes until I cycled the air conditioner overnight.

Restaurant in property was closed for renovations so had to go short distance to another restaurant for breakfast

Restaurant was closed so had to go to sister hotel . Breakfast there was very good, but a bit annoying not having breakfast and restaurant in same hotel - if this had been communicated we would have stayed there sister hotel instead . I feel let down because even though the solution worked okay , we should have been told . A/c wasn’t powerful enough in hot weather .

Perfectly placed boutique hotel in the middle of the old town. Very clean and spacious room, good value for money.
